• (a)Removing the under mentioned quantity of stores from the area of installatio n/Stacking and layout the same on ground/work site area at GE 574 Engr Park, Path ankot: -
• (b)Material segregation inventory arrangement logistic handling inventory reco nciliation task is to be carried out in 574 GE (EP) Pathankot. The details of the area where the work is to be carried out are as under
• (i)Store yard Covered sheds x 29 Nos and Open Sheds each & 02 x Open Salvage Yard
• (ii)MT Yard - 01 x Open Yard
• (iii)Office complex and surroundings
• (c)Preparation of surfaces by cleaning the rust, dust and corrosion by cotton w aste/emery paper/wire brush before preservation or maintenance of stores.
• (d)Shifting the same store not exceeding 50 mtrs distance.
• (e)Segregate materials properly and keep materials separated according to th eir type usage and hazard level (e.g. chemicals, metals, consumables spare parts).
• (f)Maintain proper storage conditions and store materials under suitable temp erature, humidity and lighting as per manufacture guidelines to prevent damage or deterioration.
• (g)Properly check and maintain racks, storage equipment, and tools proper ma intenance extends life and ensure safety in the stores.
• (h)Store flammable, corrosive, or hazardous materials separately with proper v entilation, fire safety equipment, and warning signs.
• (j)Inspect materials periodically for signs of damage, rust, leakage, or expiry. Take corrective actions immediately.
• (k)Mention preservation date and next due date on items with the help of writi ng brush with White/ Black paint.
• (l)Re-stacking the same at existing place as per direction and to entire satisfaction of Engr-in-charge.
• (m)Work site area shall be cleaned properly after completion of job work.
• (n)The Lump-sum rate should be quoted by the firms for total quantity/Job work i.e. item serial number 1 (a) to (m). .
