Bidder shall submit the following documents along with their bid for Vendor Code Creation:

• a.Copy of PAN Card.
• b.Copy of GSTIN.
• c.Copy of Cancelled Cheque.
• d.Copy of EFT Mandate duly certified by Bank.

Data Sheet of the product(s) offered in the bid, are to be uploaded along with the bid documents. Buyers can match and verify the Data Sheet with the product specifications offered. In case of any unexplained mismatch of technical parameters, the bid is liable for rejection.

Installation, Commissioning, Testing, Configuration, Training (if any - which ever is applicable as per scope of supply) is to be carried out by OEM / OEM Certified resource or OEM authorised Reseller.

Manufacturer Authorization:Wherever Authorised Distributors/service providers are submitting the bid, Authorisation Form /Certificate with OEM/Original Service Provider details such as name, designation, address, e-mail Id and Phone No. required to be furnished along with the bid

The successful bidder has to supply all essential accessories required for the successful installation and commissioning of the goods supplied. Besides standard accessories as per normal industry practice, following accessories must be part of supply and cost should be included in bid price: WITH REQUIRED ACCESSORIES .

Scope of supply (Bid price to include all cost components) : Supply Installation Testing and Commissioning of Goods

Bidder's offer is liable to be rejected if they don't upload any of the certificates / documents sought in the Bid document, ATC and Corrigendum if any.

Availability of Service Centres: Bidder/OEM must have a Functional Service Centre in the State of each Consignee's Location in case of carry-in warranty. (Not applicable in case of goods having on-site warranty). If service center is not already there at the time of bidding, successful bidder / OEM shall have to establish one within 30 days of award of contract. Payment shall be released only after submission of documentary evidence of having Functional Service Centre.

Dedicated /toll Free Telephone No. for Service Support : BIDDER/OEM must have Dedicated/toll Free Telephone No. for Service Support.

Escalation Matrix For Service Support : Bidder/OEM must provide Escalation Matrix of Telephone Numbers for Service Support.

Buyer Added text based ATC clauses

• 1.The bidder must upload the following documents, duly stamped with the company seal and signature, along with their technical bid, to ensure techno-commercial compliance:
• (A)All the attached techno-commercial documents (such as Specifications, Scope of Work, Acc eptance Test Procedure (ATP), and Vendor Qualification Criteria) – for ensuring full compliance .
• (B)The GeM Bid Document, along with any Checklist and Additional Terms and Conditions (AT
• C)– for ensuring the bidder's understanding and acceptance of all terms.
• (C)Any other attachment provided with the bid. These duly stamped and signed documents are strictly required for the technical evaluation of the quoted bidders, which determines the acceptance or rejection of their bid.
• 2.Purchase preference will be given only to technically qualified bidders who are the manufac turers of the offered products. To avail this purchase preference, it is required to upload the relevant documents in the conce rned options provided on the portal (if applicable), such as the UDYAM Registration Certificate / MSE Certificate, Manufacturer Details / OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) certificate, a nd MII (Make in India) Content Declaration 3.The seller must submit the OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) Authorization Certificate .
• 4.Bank Guarantee: The Bank Guarantee must be submitted by the seller once the order has b een placed.
• 5.Delivery Schedule: Items must be supplied by the successful bidder on working days only ( Monday to Friday), between 9:30 AM and 4:30 PM. For delivery coordination, please call 040-2 4583248 or 040-24583296.
• 6.Sellers are expected to commence delivery immediately after contract award. Avoid 'fag-en d' deliveries; arriving at the deadline increases the risk of rejection and may impact your perfo rmance rating.
• 7.The seller should carry all required documents like Copy of the Contract, Copy of Amendme nt of DP(if applicable), Tax Invoice, All certificates like- Warranty, Conformance, Calibrations e tc (if applicable ).
• 8.The bidder is required to submit the Bid Security Declaration Form (BSD). .
