OPTION CLAUSE: The Purchaser reserves the right to increase or decrease the quantity to be ordered up to 25 percent of bid quantity at the time of placement of contract. The purchaser also reserves the right to increase the ordered quantity up to 25% of the contracted quantity during the currency of the contract at the contracted rates. The delivery period of quantity shall commence from the last date of original delivery order and in cases where option clause is exercised during the extended delivery period the additional time shall commence from the last date of extended delivery period. The additional delivery time shall be (Increased quantity ÷ Original quantity) × Original delivery period (in days), subject to minimum of 30 days. If the original delivery period is less than 30 days, the additional time equals the original delivery period. The Purchaser may extend this calculated delivery duration up to the original delivery period while exercising the option clause. Bidders must comply with these terms.

Availability of Service Centres: Bidder/OEM must have a Functional Service Centre in the State of each Consignee's Location in case of carry-in warranty. (Not applicable in case of goods having on-site warranty). If service center is not already there at the time of bidding, successful bidder / OEM shall have to establish one within 30 days of award of contract. Payment shall be released only after submission of documentary evidence of having Functional Service Centre.

Buyer Added text based ATC clauses

• 1.The offered products shall be listed on GeM and shall strictly conform to the specifications mentioned in the bid . 2. The bidder/OEM shall have a registered office in Kerala. Valid GST registration/address proof shall be s ubmitted. Preference may be given to Kerala-based bidders, subject to applicable GeM rules.
• 3.Seller should have an overall rating of 4.5 and above.
• 4.The bidder shall be the OEM or an authorized partner/reseller. Authorized bidders shall submit a bid-spe cific M MAF mentioning the GeM Bid Number and bidder details. General/common authorization letters shal l not be acc epted.
• 5.Minimum 5 years' experience on GeM – documentary proof required. 6. The bidder shall submit a self-de claration on company letterhead confirming that it has not been blacklisted/deb arred/disqualified from Go vernment/PSU procurement or GeM during the applicable period.
• 7.Only current, non-obsolete and OEM-supported models shall be quoted .8. Quoted price shall include all taxes, freight, loading/unloading, delivery, installation, commissioning, on figuration and training. No additional charges shall be payable.
• 9.Complete supply shall be delivered within 10 calendar days from the date of GeM contract/order genera ti on, unless otherwise specified in the contract. Delay shall be dealt with as per applicable GeM provisions .
• 10.OEM warranty certificate shall be provided at delivery. The bidder/OEM shall provide installation, troub leshootin 6 / 8g, maintenance and warranty support through an established service network in India. .
