Bidder's offer is liable to be rejected if they don't upload any of the certificates / documents sought in the Bid document, ATC and Corrigendum if any.

Bidders are advised to check applicable GST on their own before quoting. Buyer will not take any responsibility in this regards. GST reimbursement will be as per actuals or as per applicable rates (whichever is lower), subject to the maximum of quoted GST %.

Bidder shall submit the following documents along with their bid for Vendor Code Creation:

• a.Copy of PAN Card.
• b.Copy of GSTIN.
• c.Copy of Cancelled Cheque.
• d.Copy of EFT Mandate duly certified by Bank.

Buyer Added text based ATC clauses Payment Terms – 100% payment within 30 days after receipt and acceptance of stores/e quipment in good condition or the date of receipt of the bill whichever is later. Liquidated Damages – Liquidated Damages will be charged at the rate of 0.5%per week/ part thereof, for the delayed stores which the Seller has failed to deliver within the period a greed for delivery subject to maximum of 10% of the total order value (Including taxe s and duties).In cases where partial delivery does not help in achieving the objective of th e contract, LD shall also be levied on the total cost (including taxes and duties on final prod uct) of the contract. Terms of Delivery - The delivery of goods shall be on FOR IRDE basis. Inspection Authority – Director IRDE or his authorized Rep. IMPORTED PRODUCTS: In case of imported products, OEM or Authorized Seller of OEM should have a registered office in India to provide after sales service support in India. The certificate to this effect should be submitted.

Bidders / products from such countries are not eligible / not allowed to participate in this bid in terms of clause 1 (d) of Public Procurement (Preference to Make in India) Order, 2017

While generating invoice in GeM portal, the seller must upload scanned copy of GST invoice and the screenshot of GST portal confirming payment of GST.
