OPTION CLAUSE: The Purchaser reserves the right to increase or decrease the quantity to be ordered up to 25 percent of bid quantity at the time of placement of contract. The purchaser also reserves the right to increase the ordered quantity up to 25% of the contracted quantity during the currency of the contract at the contracted rates. The delivery period of quantity shall commence from the last date of original delivery order and in cases where option clause is exercised during the extended delivery period the additional time shall commence from the last date of extended delivery period. The additional delivery time shall be (Increased quantity ÷ Original quantity) × Original delivery period (in days), subject to minimum of 30 days. If the origin delivery period is less than 30 days, the additional time equals the original delivery period. The Purchaser ma extend this calculated delivery duration up to the original delivery period while exercising the option clause. Bidders must comply with these terms.

Mandatory CCTV coverage with 180 days recording as per bank policy & guidelines (Inside Bricks E closure). iii. Additional PIR Sensor with existing Burglar Alarm System (BAS) of the branch (Inside Bricks Enclos re). iv. Additional standalone CCTV Camera (minimum 7 days recording) with 128 GB SD card or more sto age to cover Gold Safe (Inside brick enclosure).
  • v.Smoke / Heat Sensor integrated with existing Fire Alarm System (FAS) (inside Bricks Enclosure). vi. Additional vibration sensor with existing Burglar Alarm System (BAS) to be fitted in enclosure. vii. Fogging System is to be installed & must operate on standalone battery to sustain at least 02 at mpts /incidents (on Gold Safe). viii. Gold Safes Class AAA either with Shelves & Trays (with Drawers) & with KDM (Key Deter Mechan
  • m)as required to be considered for procurement (Inside Gold Safe). xiii. Safe to be embedded as per Bank Policy and guidelines. Additional Mandatory Biometric Lock features:
  • a)Duress Feature to be finger based (a third finger biometric to be stored in the system to activate duress alarm). A call and message will be sent to minimum 8 pre-stored num bers.
  • b)Tamper proof with Battery life of minimum 1 year. Alert to be generated before the b ttery drains out, a message will be sent to minimum 8 pre stored numbers apart from p ysical LED alert. Random Lab Test of Gold Safes
  • a)Bank at random, can order the testing of any Gold Safe, in any BIS/NABL authorized L b, located across India through respective OEM.
  • d)In case the product fails any test, then the entire lot supplied by the OEM will be rejec ed and OEM shall be debarred as per Bank’s latest Procurement Policy/Govt. of India Gu delines in this regard. All the losses of the Bank will be borne by the OEM.
  • e)OEM must provide undertaking in this regard on company’s letter Head duly signed b the Authorized Signatory. All Gold Safes and Key locks should meet the latest Bureau of ndian Standards (BIS). Marking of Safes: ➢ Marking of Safes: A metal plate showing classification of safe together with manufact rer’s name and the year of manufacture shall be fixed on the inner face of the door shu er of safes. ➢ BIS Certification Marking The product(s) conforming to the requirements of this stand rd may be certified as per the conformity assessment schemes under the provisions of t e Bureau of Indian Standards Act, 2016 and the Rules and Regulations framed thereund r, and the products may be marked with the Standard Mark.
