OPTION CLAUSE: The Purchaser reserves the right to increase or decrease the quantity to be ordered up to 25 percent of bid quantity at the time of placement of contract. The purchaser also reserves the right to increase the ordered quantity up to 25% of the contracted quantity during the currency of the contract at the contracted rates. The delivery period of quantity shall commence from the last date of original delivery order and in cases where option clause is exercised during the extended delivery period the additional time shall commence from the last date of extended delivery period. The additional delivery time shall be (Increased quantity ÷ Original quantity) × Original delivery period (in days), subject to minimum of 30 days. If the original delivery period is less than 30 days, the additional time equals the original delivery period. The Purchaser may extend this calculated delivery duration up to the original delivery period while exercising the option clause. Bidders must comply with these terms.

Scope of supply (Bid price to include all cost components) : Only supply of Goods

Availability of Service Centres: Bidder/OEM must have a Functional Service Centre in the State of each Consignee's Location in case of carry-in warranty. (Not applicable in case of goods having on-site warranty). If service center is not already there at the time of bidding, successful bidder / OEM shall have to establish one within 30 days of award of contract. Payment shall be released only after submission of documentary evidence of having Functional Service Centre.

Escalation Matrix For Service Support : Bidder/OEM must provide Escalation Matrix of Telephone Numbers for Service Support.

Buyer Added text based ATC clauses

• 1.Bidder offer is liable to be rejected if they don't upload any of the certificates /documents sought in the Bid document, ATC and Corrigendum if any.
• 2.Local service support ought to be available for installation. Local service support like (i) Office address a t Puducherry (ii) Service Persons name and mobile number, etc if any
• 3.Any product received in damaged or defective condition through parcel / courier shall be replaced by th e seller with a brand new item at no additional cost. The replacement shall be provided promptly including pick up of the damaged item, if required.
• 4.the bidder reserves the full rights to cancel the bid at any time without any intimation.
• 5.The buyer reserves the full rights to reject or cancel the bid at any stage due to administrative reasons, non- availability of funds or if the required approval from the competent authority cannot be obtained. Suc h cancellation or rejection shall not give rise to any claim or dispute against the buyer.
• 6.The seller shall have an authorised service centre with the buyers state for providing warranty and after sales support. Bids from seller without an authorised service centre in the buyer'state are liable to be rejec ted.
• 7.Picture of the camera with clear label of the brand to be uploaded with technical papers .
