OPTION CLAUSE: The Purchaser reserves the right to increase or decrease the quantity to be ordered up to 25 percent of bid quantity at the time of placement of contract. The purchaser also reserves the right to increase the ordered quantity up to 25% of the contracted quantity during the currency of the contract at the contracted rates. The delivery period of quantity shall commence from the last date of original delivery order and in cases where option clause is exercised during the extended delivery period the additional time shall commence from the last date of extended delivery period. The additional delivery time shall be (Increased quantity ÷ Original quantity) × Original delivery period (in days), subject to minimum of 30 days. If the original delivery period is less than 30 days, the additional time equals the original delivery period. The Purchaser may extend this calculated delivery duration up to the original delivery period while exercising the option clause. Bidders must comply with these terms.

• 1.TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR BIDDERS ELIGIBILITIES Bidding product should be listed in GEM. The bidder should have registered office in Kerala Two or more functional service centre must be available in the consignee state, from these one must be in the district. Address proof of the same must be submitted. Outside Kerala bidders not preferred. Quoted price should be inclusive of all taxes, installation, training, freight loading and unloading. Bidders must upload the specifications, compliances sheet with the remarks. The buyer reserves the full right to accept or reject any bid based on comparative market analysis of the pr oposed products. Bid specific OEM MAF to be provided, common authorization not allowed in this bid. (Address and bid num ber to be mentioned in the bid document). The bidder or the OEM of the offered products must have ISO 9001 certificate. To know about warranty and specification details about the laptops, the model number of the laptops to be supplied should be mentioned in the bid otherwise, the bid will be disqualified Bidder should not have any incident History (Negative reputation) (Attach Proof). Bidders must declare on the company letterhead that their firm has not been blacklisted or disqualified fro m participating in any government or public sector procurement processes within the last three years. The entire quantity of laptops must be delivered to the consignee within 10 calendar days from the date of GeM contract generation. Any delay beyond this timeline may lead to cancellation of the order without any liability on the buyer Warranty Expiry period must be listed in OEM website before product delivery. The firms who fails to submit the above details (with proof) will be rejected. .
