OPTION CLAUSE: The Purchaser reserves the right to increase or decrease the quantity to be ordered up to 25 percent of bid quantity at the time of placement of contract. The purchaser also reserves the right to increase the ordered quantity up to 25% of the contracted quantity during the currency of the contract at the contracted rates. The delivery period of quantity shall commence from the last date of original delivery order and in cases where option clause is exercised during the extended delivery period the additional time shall commence from the last date of extended delivery period. The additional delivery time shall be (Increased quantity ÷ Original quantity) × Original delivery period (in days), subject to minimum of 30 days. If the original delivery period is less than 30 days, the additional time equals the original delivery period. The Purchaser may extend this calculated delivery duration up to the original delivery period while exercising the option clause. Bidders must comply with these terms.

Buyer Added text based ATC clauses 1.0 The bidder must be OEM or OEM authorized dealer. Bidders other than OEM must provide the certificate of authorization from OEM at the time of bid submis sion, failing which the offer will be rejected 2.0 The bidder shall confirm in their technical bid about compliance of all the po ints under technical specification. All the cost towards the supply shall be includ ed by the bidder in their prices. No additional charges shall be paid other than t he offered with original offer. 3.0 Make & Model to be quoted compulsorily for the items. Bidder should forwa rd relevant Catalogue, Drawing, and Literature (in printed form only) indicating the quoted items along with the technical bid. 4.0 The items shall be brand new, unused & of prime quality. Also, the party ha s to confirm to provide warranty that the product supplied will be free from all d efects & fault in material, workmanship & manufacturing and shall be in full con formity with ordered specifications. This clause shall be valid for 18 months fro m date of shipment or 12 months from date of receipt/commissioning. The defe ctive materials, if any, rejected by us shall be replaced by the supplier at their o wn expense. The bidder must confirm the same while quoting. 5.0 Bidder shall submit a copy of Material Safety Data Sheet of the quoted prod uct along with the bid. 6.0 SAME SOURCE: All the items to be procured from same source for ease of o perational use and compatibility and so as to attract wider participation of bidde rs as communicated by user. 7.0 The Bidder shall submit their bid in tabular form as per Annexure – I: Techni cal Specification (attached) 8.0 Bidder should categorically confirm in the technical bid to deliver the items as per delivery schedule mentioned in the tender. 9.0 The bidder should indicate the name of the manufacturer, the country of ori gin and port of dispatch of the materials. 10.0 Any deviation(s) from the tender specification should be clearly highlighte d specifying justification in support of deviation. .
