Bidder financial standing: The bidder should not be under liquidation, court receivership or similar proceedings, should not be bankrupt. Bidder to upload undertaking to this effect with bid.

Bidder shall submit the following documents along with their bid for Vendor Code Creation:

• a.Copy of PAN Card.
• b.Copy of GSTIN.
• c.Copy of Cancelled Cheque.
• d.Copy of EFT Mandate duly certified by Bank.

Installation, Commissioning, Testing, Configuration, Training (if any - which ever is applicable as per scope of supply) is to be carried out by OEM / OEM Certified resource or OEM authorised Reseller.

NON DISCLOSURE DECLARATION CERTIFICATE (On Bidder Letter Head) to be uploaded with bid:

• 1.I M/s. ___________________ hereby declare that I shall not disclose the contract or any provision, specification, plan, design, pattern, sample or information thereof to any third party during and after expiry of Contract.
• 2.If defying the norms as per the Contract a legal action may be taken against me as per the existing Rules.

OPTION CLAUSE: The Purchaser reserves the right to increase or decrease the quantity to be ordered up to 50 percent of bid quantity at the time of placement of contract. The purchaser also reserves the right to increase the ordered quantity up to 50% of the contracted quantity during the currency of the contract at the contracted rates. The delivery period of quantity shall commence from the last date of original delivery order and in cases where option clause is exercised during the extended delivery period the additional time shall commence from the last date of extended delivery period. The additional delivery time shall be (Increased quantity ÷ Original quantity) × Original delivery period (in days), subject to minimum of 30 days. If the original delivery period is less than 30 days, the additional time equals the original delivery period. The Purchaser may extend this calculated delivery duration up to the original delivery period while exercising the option clause. Bidders must comply with these terms.

• (a)The bidder has to upload the certificate of acceptance of all the terms and conditions of the bid alongwi th the bid reference number.
• (b)The vendor will give the product details/brochure for which bid/prices are offered. In the absence of offered product details/ brochure, the bid is bound to be rejected.
• (c)Items will be delivered as per the specifications mentioned by the user.
• (d)Bids submitted by different firms from the same IP address will be rejected.
• (e)Missing details, if any, will assumed as per good Engineering practice and will be provided by the vend or after being approved by Commanding Officer 115 Engineer Regiment.
• (f)Samples will be produced by the L1 vendor for approval and bulk delivery will be made only after sampl e approval within the stipulated delivery period. No additional time will be granted for sample approval.
• (g)In case of any ambiguity in any given technical specification Vendor must clarify the same from CO 115 Engineer Regiment or detailed Engineer rep before participation in bid through representation on GeM.
• (h)All equipment, components, accessories and spares shall be manufactured in India.
• (j)The bidder shall provide valid ISO/IEC 27701: 2022 Informaition Security Management System certificati on and ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System certification.
• (k)The bidder shall be a registered MSME manufacturer for the offered product.
• (l)The successful bidder shall carry out complete supply, installation, testing, commissioning (where appli cable). .
