Buyer Added text based ATC clauses ADDL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • 1.Only genuine spare parts to be provided. No duplicate/spurious spares will be accepted and buyer will have complete right for their rejection at any pt of time.
  • 2.Only new items will be accepted. No old/reused/refurbished items will be accepted. Such unwanted s pares will lead to rejection of complete bid.
  • 3.Supplier to give a warranty of 12 months on spare parts provided.
  • 4.At any pt of time, non-genuine spares will be rejected by buyer and one more chance shall be provid ed to seller to provide OEM/auth spares. Else, entire bid shall be deemed as cancelled and vendors reliability shall be reported to GeM Agencies.
  • 5.Supplier to give experience certificate of minimum 05 years.
  • 6.Repair services will be provided in jammu city only. .
