OPTION CLAUSE: The Purchaser reserves the right to increase or decrease the quantity to be ordered up to 25 percent of bid quantity at the time of placement of contract. The purchaser also reserves the right to increase the ordered quantity up to 25% of the contracted quantity during the currency of the contract at the contracted rates. The delivery period of quantity shall commence from the last date of original delivery order and in cases where option clause is exercised during the extended delivery period the additional time shall commence from the last date of extended delivery period. The additional delivery time shall be (Increased quantity ÷ Original quantity) × Original delivery period (in days), subject to minimum of 30 days. If the original delivery period is less than 30 days, the additional time equals the original delivery period. The Purchaser may extend this calculated delivery duration up to the original delivery period while exercising the option clause. Bidders must comply with these terms.

• 1.The bidder should submit previous purchase order copies of supply of MCC panel/ VFD panel/ A CDB/ distribution board/ any type of electrical distribution board/ panel supplied to any compa ny during the current financial year/ any one of the last 03 financial years ending with 31.03.20 26 along with part-1 of their offer, failing which their offer shall be rejected.
• 2.Bidder should have average annual financial turnover of minimum Rs.11 lakhs during the last 03 financial for which the bidder should submit P&L statement, audited balance sheet for the la st 03 financial years as a proof along with part-1 of their offer, failing which their offer shall be rejected. As per ICAI notification all the certificates and audit reports should consists of UDIN g enerated by the CA, failing which their offer shall be rejected. .
