OPTION CLAUSE: The Purchaser reserves the right to increase or decrease the quantity to be ordered up to 25 percent of bid quantity at the time of placement of contract. The purchaser also reserves the right to increase the ordered quantity up to 25% of the contracted quantity during the currency of the contract at the contracted rates. The delivery period of quantity shall commence from the last date of original delivery order and in cases where option clause is exercised during the extended delivery period the additional time shall commence from the last date of extended delivery period. The additional delivery time shall be (Increased quantity ÷ Original quantity) × Original delivery period (in days), subject to minimum of 30 days. If the original delivery period is less than 30 days, the additional time equals the original delivery period. The Purchaser may extend this calculated delivery duration up to the original delivery period while exercising the option clause. Bidders must comply with these terms.

Supplier shall ensure that the Invoice is raised in the name of Consignee with GSTIN of Consignee only.

Nominated Inspection Agency: On behalf of the Buyer organization, any one of the following Inspection Agency would be conducting inspection of stores before acceptance: Pre-dispatch Inspection at Seller Premises (applicable only if pre-dispatch inspection clause has been selected in ATC): RITES Post Receipt Inspection at consignee site before acceptance of stores: CONSIGNEE

Bidder's offer is liable to be rejected if they don't upload any of the certificates / documents sought in the Bid document, ATC and Corrigendum if any.

Buyer Added text based ATC clauses 1.Bidders are requested to carefully read the Buyer uploaded ATC document before particip ating in the Bid and should take note of the certificates required for this bid. Non-Submissio n of the required documents may lead to rejection of the offer.

• 6.The tenderers shall submit a copy of certificate stating that all their statements/docume nts submitted a long with bid are true and factual. Standard format of certificate to be sub mitted by the bidder is enclosed as Annexure in buyer added bid specific ATC. Non submission of above certificate by the bidder shall result in summary rejecti on of his/ their bid. It shall be mandatorily incumbent upon the tenderer to identi fy, state and submit the supporting documents duly self-attested/ digitally signe d by which they/ he is qualifying the Qualifying Criteria mentioned in the Tender Document. It will not be obligatory on the part of Tender Committee/ Accepting A uthority to scrutinize beyond the submitted document of tenderer as far as his q ualification for the tender is concerned. .
