OPTION CLAUSE: The Purchaser reserves the right to increase or decrease the quantity to be ordered up to 25 percent of bid quantity at the time of placement of contract. The purchaser also reserves the right to increase the ordered quantity up to 25% of the contracted quantity during the currency of the contract at the contracted rates. The delivery period of quantity shall commence from the last date of original delivery order and in cases where option clause is exercised during the extended delivery period the additional time shall commence from the last date of extended delivery period. The additional delivery time shall be (Increased quantity ÷ Original quantity) × Original delivery period (in days), subject to minimum of 30 days. If the original delivery period is less than 30 days, the additional time equals the original delivery period. The Purchaser may extend this calculated delivery duration up to the original delivery period while exercising the option clause. Bidders must comply with these terms.

• 2.Provisions for workmen compensation, insurance, public liability, property damage, insurance etc. to be ensured by the contractor. Also, safety measures prescribed for working in Extra High Voltage & use of personnel protective equipment must be adhered to.

• 1.The bidder should be OEM or authorised by OEM for this bid and should upload bid-specific authorisation from OEM (Signed & stamped copy) along with bid documents. 2.The bidder/OEM should have executed a project for supply for same category product in past through GE M with a completion certifcate (CRAC Certificate) and same should be uploaded at the time of bidding. 3.The bid has to be quoted by bidder for fire extinguishers with Valid BIS License Certificate with BIS Produ ct Listed Endorsement Certificate for IS 16018 & IS 15683. 4.The bidder/OEM must submit valid NABL-accredited laboratory test reports for all quoted products as per mentioned in Bid and same should be uploaded at the time of bidding. 5.The bidder must quote and participate for all items/products mentioned in the Bid. Any bidder who fails t o quote for all products shall be marked as disqualified and the bid will be rejected. 6.Test Certificates and Warranty/ Guarantee Certificates to be submitted at the time of delivery. 7.OEM should be registered in ISO- 9001 and CE product-listed marked Certificate within the last one year from the bid submission date and the same should be uploaded while submitting the bid; otherwise, the bi dder will be rejected.
• 8.A minimum fire rating of 233B for B class fire for 45ltr water mist (IS 16018) is mandatory for participati on.
• 9.Valid GST Registration Certificate.
• 10.If the firm quoted rates below 25% of departmental justification rates, the firm shall have to submit the difference between the 25% less amount of justified rate and his quoted rate as additional performance gu arantee to Delhi Jal Board and only after additional performance guarantee is submitted the contract woul d be executed. The additional performance guarantee must be in the favour of Tender Inviting Authority i.

• 11.Supply shall be completed within 30 days.
• 12.Guarantee period 12 months.
• 13.Payment after satisfactory completion of supply.
• 14.Firm shall submit the procurement vouchers/ Test certificate/ Challan/ E-way Bill at the time of submiss ion of bill. The firm shall be solely responsible for authenticity of challans/ purchase vouchers and other do cuments submitted along with running / final bill as per reference of general condition of contract of DJB.
• 15.Payment of GST will be considered according to the departmental terms & conditions.

• 17.The bidders shall deposit EMD of Amount Rs. 22500/-
• 18.If the firm has not completed the previous work within stipulated time period and not take up correspo ndence properly, tender shall liable to be rejected. .
