- 1.Eligibility Criteria:
- a.The bidder shall be local MSE supplier of DSP, Durgapur and should have valid registration in the ite m code 712517 ( MACHINING WITH LIGHT FORGING & LIGHT CASTING ) on the tender opening date or the vendor must be last supplier for any of the items mentioned in the tender.
- b.Offers of such bidders shall be rejected: i.LMSE vendor having pending quality compliant against them for over 45 days in DSP. ii. Who have been suspended/blocked for issue of Tender enquiry by D SP. iii. Any deviation from ATC / Drawing provided along with tender.
- 2.Delivery: - All items to be supplied within 120 days from PO placement. Any offer not confirming to the delivery schedule mentioned, will not be considered as techno-commercially accepted. .
