Buyer Added text based ATC clauses 1) Bidders are strongly advised to thoroughly review the entire ATC document prior to submitting their bid . 2) SITC at site A) For supply, installation, testing & commissioning of item(s). i) 70% of the agreement rate s on pro-rata basis on supply of materials in good conditions at site. ii) 20% of the agreement rates on pror ata basis for installation duly approved by Engineer-in-charge. iii) Balance 10% shall be release after testi ng, commissioning and handing over of the system including submission of all necessary document & draw ings. B) For supply items i) 85% of the agreement rates on pro-rata basis on supply of materials in good co nditions at site ii) Balance 15% shall be release on overall completion of work and handing over of the syst em including submission of all necessary document & drawings. C) For installation items i) 90% of the agre ement rates on satisfactory erection/ installation/ execution on pro-rata basis as per actual work done. ii) Balance 10% shall be release after overall completion of work and handing over of the system including su bmission of all necessary document & drawings. 3) The payment shall be made after submitting a copy of GST invoice for each item and deducting Security D eposit, Income Tax etc. as applicable and other recoveries / penalties for which the contractor has rende re d himself liable under the contract terms & conditions. 4) Periodicity of the Contract: 2 Years .
