OPTION CLAUSE: The Purchaser reserves the right to increase or decrease the quantity to be ordered up to 25 percent of bid quantity at the time of placement of contract. The purchaser also reserves the right to increase the ordered quantity up to 25% of the contracted quantity during the currency of the contract at the contracted rates. The delivery period of quantity shall commence from the last date of original delivery order and in cases where option clause is exercised during the extended delivery period the additional time shall commence from the last date of extended delivery period. The additional delivery time shall be (Increased quantity ÷ Original quantity) × Original delivery period (in days), subject to minimum of 30 days. If the original delivery period is less than 30 days, the additional time equals the original delivery period. The Purchaser may extend this calculated delivery duration up to the original delivery period while exercising the option clause. Bidders must comply with these terms.

Bidder financial standing: The bidder should not be under liquidation, court receivership or similar proceedings, should not be bankrupt. Bidder to upload undertaking to this effect with bid.

Bidder shall submit the following documents along with their bid for Vendor Code Creation:

• a.Copy of PAN Card.
• b.Copy of GSTIN.
• c.Copy of Cancelled Cheque.
• d.Copy of EFT Mandate duly certified by Bank.

• 5.Turnover Bidder Turn Over Criteria: The minimum average annual financial turnover of the bidder during the last three years, ending on 31st March of the previous financial year, should be as indicated in the bid document. Documentary evidence in the form of certified Audited Balance Sheets of relevant periods or a certificate from the Chartered Accountant / Cost Accountant indicating the turnover details for the relevant period shall be uploaded with the bid. In case the date of constitution / incorporation of the bidder is less than 3 year old, the average turnover in respect of the completed financial years after the date of constitution shall be taken into account for this criteria.

Nominated Inspection Agency: On behalf of the Buyer organization, any one of the following Inspection Agency would be conducting inspection of stores before acceptance: Pre-dispatch Inspection at Seller Premises (applicable only if pre-dispatch inspection clause has been selected in ATC): NA Post Receipt Inspection at consignee site before acceptance of stores: BOARD OF OFFICERS

ISO 9001: The bidder or the OEM of the offered products must have ISO 9001 certification.

• 8.Ration Item ATCs Demurrage charges In case the rejected items are not lifted by the firm within 48 hrs, the demurrage charges at the rate of 0.5% of total contract value will be charged per day. • 9.Ration Item ATCs Packing Material The items will be supplied by the successful bidder in its original packing material and the packing material will not be returned. Weight of packing material will not be included in quantity supplied and only net weight of the items will be counted. The packing should be of standardized weights of appropriate size. Buyer Added text based ATC clauses

• 1.Bidders are requested to quote rates for supply of items as per specification of items.
• 2.Delivery Period. Delivery period for supply of items would be 15 days from date of GeM contract order.
• 3.Liquidated Damages. If the stores are not supplied with in stipulated period / limit as specified a penalty of 0.5% per week of part thereof not exceeded 10% of the total cost of the GeM order will be levied for late supply at the discretion of CFA as per LD clause.
• 4.Piecemeal Supply. Piecemeal supply of item will not be acceptable. All items in particular GeM contract1 0 / 12 will be supplied in one consignment.
• 5.Inspection of stores. Items supplied to be checked by a Board of Officers detailed by accepting officer. T he stores should be as per specification in GeM contract. Stores will be provided for inspection within the d elivery period by the concerned supplier.
• 6.Rejection of stores. All rejected stores are liable to be backloaded to the supplier concerned by the consi gnment/collection agency at risk and cost of the supplier/firm (in case stores not accepted/found correct by consignment/collection party).
• 7.Pre Bid Meeting. A pre bid meeting will be held 03 day prior opening of Tech bid at Unit location, Panaga rh Mil Stn for testing of product sample as per tech spec held with this depot. .
