OPTION CLAUSE: The Purchaser reserves the right to increase or decrease the quantity to be ordered up to 25 percent of bid quantity at the time of placement of contract. The purchaser also reserves the right to increase the ordered quantity up to 25% of the contracted quantity during the currency of the contract at the contracted rates. The delivery period of quantity shall commence from the last date of original delivery order and in cases where option clause is exercised during the extended delivery period the additional time shall commence from the last date of extended delivery period. The additional delivery time shall be (Increased quantity ÷ Original quantity) × Original delivery period (in days), subject to minimum of 30 days. If the original delivery period is less than 30 days, the additional time equals the original delivery period. The Purchaser may extend this calculated delivery duration up to the original delivery period while exercising the option clause. Bidders must comply with these terms.

Bidders can also submit the EMD with Account Payee Demand Draft in favour of DIRECTOR IGRMS payable at BHOPAL . Bidder has to upload scanned copy / proof of the DD along with bid and has to ensure delivery of hardcopy to the Buyer within 5 days of Bid End date / Bid Opening date.

Undertaking on the S tamp paper duly Notarized that the firm has never been blacklisted/barred (tempora ry or permanent) and disqualified by any state government /central government/PS U undertaking in India needs to be furnished.

The Manufacturer/Bidder should not be a defaulter of any financial institute or Bank and their assets should have never been put on auction for recovery of debts. 11) The Manufacturer / Bidder should be in the business in India for more than 3 years as on 31-03-2026. This should be supported by the certificate of registration issued under the companies act by a competent authority. 12) The Manufacturer / Bidder for Technical Evaluation should submit catalogue, datas heet and other supporting document with complete technical details of the propose d solution. The respective features and specification should be publicly available on website having videos/documents for verification. The bid evaluation committee if r equired may invite the bidders for live demonstration to verify the proposed specific ations /features. Bids failing to fulfill technical evaluation and not able to showcase the features will be technically rejected 13) Vendor must provide technical compliance bid offer as per the following format onl y, without any ambiguities. As same will be send to Technical Committee for Techni cal scrutiny / evaluation. Partial / incomplete bid shall be liable for rejection. 14) The bidder should undertake to provide after sale-service whenever needed by the purchaser. 15) Bidder must have GST Certificate and He should submit GST return of last 6 months . Bidder should also have the PAN/TAN. 16) The decision of the Competent Authority of IGRMS, in any circumstances will be fina l and binding to all. .
