OPTION CLAUSE: The Purchaser reserves the right to increase or decrease the quantity to be ordered up to 25 percent of bid quantity at the time of placement of contract. The purchaser also reserves the right to increase the ordered quantity up to 25% of the contracted quantity during the currency of the contract at the contracted rates. The delivery period of quantity shall commence from the last date of original delivery order and in cases where option clause is exercised during the extended delivery period the additional time shall commence from the last date of extended delivery period. The additional delivery time shall be (Increased quantity ÷ Original quantity) × Original delivery period (in days), subject to minimum of 30 days. If the original delivery period is less than 30 days, the additional time equals the original delivery period. The Purchaser may extend this calculated delivery duration up to the original delivery period while exercising the option clause. Bidders must comply with these terms.

• 1.Non-BlackList notarized declaration for Bidder's financial standing for non-liquidation, non-bankrupt, non -black listing, no court receivership or any such similar proceedings ongoing, no pointers from the EOW of Govt of India.
• 2.PAN+GST+NEFT/Bank Mandate is necessary.
• 3.GST returns for the last 2 quarters (6 months) must be submitted.
• 4.Copy of valid Trade License to be uploaded.
• 5.Copy of valid Prof Tax to be uploaded.
• 6.Pre-Bid Inspection/ Sample Clause: Interested Bidders are requested to visit the office (within 48 hours) and provide catalog/sample for inspection/ clarification of specifications/ installation feasibility. Proof of th e same must be uploaded, else the bidder's offer is liable to be rejected.
• 7.ISO certification of the bidder/ OEM to be uploaded.
• 8.Complete technical specifications/ details of the offered product(s) to be uploaded on the bidder letterh ead, duly signed.
• 9.Free Delivery to be made at consignee location including loading/ unloading.
• 10.OEM Service Escalation Matrix to be uploaded for offered product(s) with warranty.
• 11.In case of non-submission / failure to upload the required documents as per the Bid GTC & ATCs, the bi dder's offer is liable to be rejected. Decision of the buyer department will be final & binding. .
