OPTION CLAUSE: The Purchaser reserves the right to increase or decrease the quantity to be ordered up to 25 percent of bid quantity at the time of placement of contract. The purchaser also reserves the right to increase the ordered quantity up to 25% of the contracted quantity during the currency of the contract at the contracted rates. The delivery period of quantity shall commence from the last date of original delivery order and in cases where option clause is exercised during the extended delivery period the additional time shall commence from the last date of extended delivery period. The additional delivery time shall be (Increased quantity ÷ Original quantity) × Original delivery period (in days), subject to minimum of 30 days. If the original delivery period is less than 30 days, the additional time equals the original delivery period. The Purchaser may extend this calculated delivery duration up to the original delivery period while exercising the option clause. Bidders must comply with these terms.

• 1.Non-Blacklisting Certificate The bidder must submit a Non-Blacklisting Certificate dated with the current date on a ₹100 stamp paper. Each page must be duly sealed and signed by the authorized signatory.
• 2.Mandatory Firm Documents The following documents must be submitted:
• a.GST Registration Certificate
• b.PAN Card
• c.Firm Registration Certificate
• d.Any other relevant documents related to firm registration
• 3.Make in India (MII) Compliance
• a.Attach the "Make in India" Declaration.
• b.Submit the Local Content Declaration.
• 4.Buyer's Rights The buyer reserves the right to accept or reject any bidder, provided a valid reason is furnished.
• 5.Warranty and Testing
• a.Submit a self-declaration for a minimum warranty period of 12 months for the offered product.
• b.Provide the product testing report.
• 6.Land Border Declaration Bidders from countries sharing a land border with India must attach the necessary declarations as per pre vailing Government of India regulations.
• 7.No Deviation Certificate Submit a "No Deviation" Declaration confirming full compliance with all tender terms and specifications.
• 8.MSME Certificate Attach a valid MSME Certificate, if applicable. .
