OPTION CLAUSE 50% : The buyer can increase or decrease the contract quantity or contract duration up to 50 percent at the time of issue of the contract. However, once the contract is issued, the contract quantity or contract duration can only be increased up to 50 percent. Bidders are bound to accept the revised quantity or duration. For lumpsum-based service contracts, the buyer may increase the scope of work and contract value up to 50 percent with the consent of the service provider

• 1.For experience, the single work executed by the bidder of similar nature job, as main contractor, during any of the last 3 years ending on last day of the month immediatel y previous to the month in which the last date of bid submission (in case of extended bid submission date, original bid submission date shall be considered)
• (a)One similar successfully completed work LPG works as production line, including GST each costing not less than the amount e qual to Rs. 82,33,206 /- (For MSE - 69,98,225) OR
• (b)Two similar successfully completed works LPG works as production line and cylinder handling, including GST each costing not l ess than the amount equal to Rs. 51,45,754 /- (For MSE - 43,73,891) OR
• (c)Three similar successfully completed work. LPG works as production line and cylinder handling, pressure testing etc. including G ST costing not less than the amount equal to Rs. 41,16,603 /- (For MSE - 34,99,11 2)
• 2.Copies of contracts / work orders/ Job completion certificates and documentary evidenc of successful execution / completion in support of Past Experience of Similar Services a ng with names, address and contact details of clients shall be uploaded with the bid for erification by the buyer. Please note that ongoing tender will not be considered f r the subject tender.
• 3.Financial Criteria –Documents pertaining to 2023-24, 2024-25, 2025-26 shall be consid ed).
• 4.All financial documents shall be certified by CA and self-attested/Digitally signed by ven or.
• 5.Average Annual Turnover - The minimum average annual financial turnover of the bidde during the last three years, ending on 31st March of the previous financial year, should e at least 0.31 crore. Documentary evidence in the form of certified Audited Balance S eets of relevant periods or a certificate from the Chartered Accountant / Cost Accountan indicating the turnover details for the relevant period shall be uploaded with the bid. In ase the date of constitution / incorporation of the bidder is less than 3-year-old, the ave ge turnover in respect of the completed financial years after the date of constitution sha be taken into account for this criteria.
• 6.Net Worth - Net Worth of the Bidder / OEM should be positive as per the last audited fina cial statement.
