OPTION CLAUSE 25% : The buyer can increase or decrease the contract quantity or contract duration up to 25 percent at the time of issue of the contract. However, once the contract is issued, the contract quantity or contract duration can only be increased up to 25 percent. Bidders are bound to accept the revised quantity or duration. For lumpsum-based service contracts, the buyer may increase the scope of work and contract value up to 25 percent with the consent of the service provider

Bidder financial standing: The bidder should not be under liquidation, court receivership or similar proceedings, should not be bankrupt. Bidder to upload undertaking to this effect with bid.

Bidders can also submit the EMD with Fixed Deposit Receipt made out or pledged in the name of A/C PRINCIPAL, RANI DURGAWATI MEDICAL COLLEGE, NARAINI ROAD, BANDA . The bank should certify on it that the deposit can be withdrawn only on the demand or with the sanction of the pledgee. For release of EMD, the FDR will be released in the favour of the bidder by the Buyer after making endorsement on the back of the FDR duly signed and stamped along with covering letter. Bidder has to upload scanned copy/ proof of the FDR along with bid and has to ensure delivery of hardcopy to the Buyer within 5 days of Bid End date/ Bid Opening date

Bidder's offer is liable to be rejected if they don't upload any of the certificates / documents sought in the Bid document, ATC and Corrigendum if any.

• a.The tenderer submitting his tender would be deemed to have considered and accepted all the terms an d conditions of tender. If any document or information submitted by the tenderer is found forged or fabrica ted, the bid of the tenderer will be rejected and emd will be forfieted. b. The tenders shall remain valid for a period of 180 days from the opening of the tender. d. The complete tender in any respect or not complyi ng with the terms and conditions are liable to be rejected. e. The tender should be submitted in prescribed format A & E with other required documents. The tender not submitted in prescribed format is liable to be rejected. f. The successful tenderer shall comply with all instructions/direction/rules an d regulations of any statutory authority and discharge all obligations, imposed upon him by the statutory authorities or under a ny law and shall indemnify the Institute and officers/ employees from any claim or consequences/ damage s for any lapse or noncompliance thereof. g. The successful tenderer will be responsible for any accident o r mishap or death of workers engaged by him and any claim made on this account will be paid by the succ essful tenderer, the successful tenderer will also indemnify the Institute from any claim in this regard. h. T he tenderers are suggested to carefully go through the terms and conditions of the document before quoti ng their rates. i. If the successful tenderer fails to start the work in stipulated time as per work order/ agre ement, the work order/ agreement may be cancelled and EMD/ Security deposit may be forfeited. j. The te nderers are advised to take a visit the site and see the condition of entire HVAC PLANT system related to th e tender and and then submit your rates in the published bid. k. As site inspection for this tender has been made essential, so the successful tenderer will be responsible for proper functioning of HVAC PLANT syste
• m.If some infrastructural changes will be needed for this, it will be done by the successful tenderer. No ex tra amount can be charged for this by the successful tenderer. l. After expiry of contract period, the Contra ctor will hand over the entire HVAC system in working condition. m. Contractor will provide two pairs of uni form to their personnel in a year and will ensure that their personal must wear the uniform during the duty time. .
