• B.Financia l PQR B-1 Turnover: Bidders must have achiev ed an average annual financial turnov er (Audited) of Rs. 6.0 Lakh (Incl. of Ta xes) or more over last three Financial years (FYs), i.e, FY 2023-24, 2024-25 & 2025-26. • 1.Bidder to submit Audited Balance Sheet and Profit and L oss Account for the respective years as indicated against B -1 above along with all annexures.
• 2.In case audited financial statements have not been sub mitted for all the three years as indicated against B-1 abov e, then the applicable audited statements submitted by th e bidders against the requisite three years, will be average d for three years.
• 3.If Financial Statements are not required to be audited st atutorily, then instead of audited financial statements, fina ncial statements are required to be certified by Chartered Accountant.
• 4.B-2: - NETWORTH: Shall be calculated based on the late st Audited Accounts as furnished for B-1 above. Net worth =Paid up share capital + reserves (Net worth is required to be evaluated in case of companies).
• 5.B-3:- PROFIT: PROFIT shall be PBT earned during any on e year of last three financial years as in ‘B-1’ above.
• 6.Copy of PAN card & GST registration certificate (if applic able) shall be submitted.
• 7.Turnover is exempted for MSEs and Start-ups.
