Buyer Added text based ATC clauses Buyer Added Additional Terms & Conditions (ATC) 1.Mandatory Local Support Presence The bidder shall maintain a fully functional, competent, and dedicated technical service team per manently stationed in Bolpur . Remote support alone will not be accepted. Failure to demonstrate sufficient manpower will lead to immediate disqualification. 2.Experience With Existing Installed Systems Only bidders who possess verifiable expertise and prior hands-on experience with the brand and c ategory of devices currently deployed at the user site will be considered. Bidders lacking such exp erience may be rejected without further evaluation. 3.Defense Supplier Status The bidder must be an established and recognized supplier to defense organizations. Any relaxati on of this condition will be at the exclusive discretion of the buyer and shall depend solely on docu mentary proof of exceptional credentials and consistent past performance. 4.Mandatory Proof of Past Performance Bidders must submit official documents demonstrating satisfactory completion of similar projects and successful supply of these items to government bodies—with priority to defense establishmen ts. Absence of such proof will result in non-consideration. 5.Financial Eligibility The bidder must have a minimum annual average turnover of ₹20 lakhs, duly certified by a registe red Chartered Accountant. Financial statements must be submitted; otherwise, the bid shall be tre ated as non-responsive. 6.Service Record Inspection (Compulsory) The bidder’s complete service record will be subjected to a mandatory physical verification by a B oard of Officers at a user-designated site prior to bid acceptance. Any discrepancy, shortfall, or un satisfactory service standard will lead to outright rejection at the buyer’s sole discretion. 7.Obligations for On-Site Arrangements The bidder must make all necessary technical, logistical, and manpower arrangements at the user site for maintenance, re-installation, and operational readiness of the devices. Non-compliance at any stage will constitute grounds for contract termination. 8.Mandatory Submission of Technical Documentation The bidder must provide all of the following without exception: Detailed datasheet Clear product images List of previous installations Complete technical specifications Specific and extended warranty terms Failure to submit any required document will result in immediate disqualification, without provisio n for later submission. 9.Technical Evaluation, Demonstration & InspectionThe competent authority reserves the right to call for: Detailed discussions On-site inspection of materials Demonstration of proposed items under actual working conditions The bidder must comply without any objection. Final selection shall rest solely and unconditionally with the competent authority. 10.Manufacturer Authorization (Preferred ) Bidders who are dealers or authorized partners must provide valid Manufacturer Authorization Fro m (MAF). Preference will be given to bidders who submit such authorization. Absence of MAF may significantly reduce eligibility. 11.Compulsory Pre-Bid Meeting & Inspection A mandatory discussion and material inspection will be held on: 12 Oct 2026 at 1100 Hrs, at the site office. Non-attendance, late arrival, or failure to present required samples or documents will result in aut omatic disqualification. .
