OPTION CLAUSE 50% : The buyer can increase or decrease the contract quantity or contract duration up to 50 percent at the time of issue of the contract. However, once the contract is issued, the contract quantity or contract duration can only be increased up to 50 percent. Bidders are bound to accept the revised quantity or duration. For lumpsum-based service contracts, the buyer may increase the scope of work and contract value up to 50 percent with the consent of the service provider

Buyer Added text based ATC clauses The agency should be located withing 10 Kms radius of NCCCM BARC Hyderabad. During the segregation of metal scrap and e-waste, the agency is solely responsible for the safety and sec urity of their personnel. Required tools and equipment should be brought by the agency during the segregation of work. The staff of the agency should abide by the rules and regulations as stipulated by the Department. Before participating in the tender, the agency must visit the sight for understanding the scope of work. Quantity of segregation of the scrap may vary around 5 to 10 % of the specified quantity. .
