OPTION CLAUSE: The Purchaser reserves the right to increase or decrease the quantity to be ordered up to 25 of bid quantity at the time of placement of contract. The purchaser also reserves the right to increase the ord quantity up to 25% of the contracted quantity during the currency of the contract at the contracted rates. The period of quantity shall commence from the last date of original delivery order and in cases where option clau exercised during the extended delivery period the additional time shall commence from the last date of exten delivery period. The additional delivery time shall be (Increased quantity ÷ Original quantity) × Original delive (in days), subject to minimum of 30 days. If the original delivery period is less than 30 days, the additional tim the original delivery period. The Purchaser may extend this calculated delivery duration up to the original deli period while exercising the option clause. Bidders must comply with these terms.

IMPORTED PRODUCTS: In case of imported products, OEM or Authorized Seller of OEM should have a registere India to provide after sales service support in India. The certificate to this effect should be submitted.

  • 4.Turnover Bidder Turn Over Criteria: The minimum average annual financial turnover of the bidder during the last three ending on 31st March of the previous financial year, should be as indicated in the bid document. Documentar in the form of certified Audited Balance Sheets of relevant periods or a certificate from the Chartered Account Accountant indicating the turnover details for the relevant period shall be uploaded with the bid. In case the d constitution / incorporation of the bidder is less than 3 year old, the average turnover in respect of the comple financial years after the date of constitution shall be taken into account for this criteria.
  • 5.Turnover OEM Turn Over Criteria: The minimum average annual financial turnover of the OEM of the offered product du last three years, ending on 31st March of the previous financial year, should be as indicated in the bid docum Documentary evidence in the form of certified Audited Balance Sheets of relevant periods or a certificate from Chartered Accountant / Cost Accountant indicating the turnover details for the relevant period shall be upload the bid. Warranty period of the supplied products shall be 1 years from the date of final acceptance of goods or after completion of installation, commissioning & testing of goods (if included in the scope of supply), at consignee OEM Warranty certificates must be submitted by Successful Bidder at the time of delivery of Goods.   • 2.The scope of supply shall include all necessary hardware, software, cameras, lenses, calibratio ting systems, mounting accessories, workstations, data acquisition systems, and other ancillar quired for successful operation of the laboratory.
  • 3.The bidder shall be either the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) or an authorized distribu el partner of the OEM. Valid OEM Authorization Certificate must be submitted along with the bid
  • 4.The bidder shall submit a detailed technical compliance statement against each specification m in the tender document along with relevant brochures, datasheets, and product catalogues.
  • 5.Any deviation from the tender specifications shall be clearly indicated by the bidder. Failure to mplete technical details may lead to rejection of the bid.
  • 6.The Institute reserves the right to seek online/offline demonstrations, technical presentations, p aluations, or reference site visits during technical evaluation.
  • 7.The bidder shall have prior experience in supplying and commissioning similar DIC systems in r ademic institutions, research laboratories, Government organizations, IITs, NITs, Central Univer ndustrial R&D establishments.
  • 8.The quoted rates shall be inclusive of packing, forwarding, transportation, insurance, loading, u installation, commissioning, training, and all applicable taxes and duties.
  • 9.Delivery, installation, and commissioning of the complete system shall be completed within the ecified in the Purchase Order.
  • 10.The bidder shall carry out calibration, validation, and performance testing of the complete DIC s fore final acceptance by the Institute.
  • 11.Comprehensive onsite training shall be provided to faculty members, laboratory staff, research and students covering operation, calibration, image acquisition, data analysis, troubleshooting, tenance.
  • 12.The bidder shall provide all user manuals, technical documentation, software licenses, calibrati ates, warranty certificates, and installation reports at the time of commissioning.
