OPTION CLAUSE: The Purchaser reserves the right to increase or decrease the quantity to be ordered up to 25 percent of bid quantity at the time of placement of contract. The purchaser also reserves the right to increase the ordered quantity up to 25% of the contracted quantity during the currency of the contract at the contracted rates. The delivery period of quantity shall commence from the last date of original delivery order and in cases where option clause is exercised during the extended delivery period the additional time shall commence from the last date of extended delivery period. The additional delivery time shall be (Increased quantity ÷ Original quantity) × Original delivery period (in days), subject to minimum of 30 days. If the original delivery period is less than 30 days, the additional time equals the original delivery period. The Purchaser may extend this calculated delivery duration up to the original delivery period while exercising the option clause. Bidders must comply with these terms.

Bidder to upload undertaking to this effect with bid. 3.Bidder's offer is liable to be rejected if they don't upload any of the certificates / documents sought in th e Bid document, ATC and Corrigendum if any. 4.Every page should be Stamped and Signed.
• 5.Proof for Past Experience: Contract copy along with Invoice(s) with self-certification by the bidder that se rvice/supplies against the Invoice have been executed.
• 6.The Bidder must upload a valid civil licence.
• 7.Bidder should have relevant work experience in Central Government offices as well as other offices.
• 8.Dedicated /toll Free Telephone No. for Service Support: BIDDER/OEM must have Dedicated / toll Free Tel ephone No. for Service Support.
• 9.Delivery period mentioned in BOQ details document under Technical Specification may be read as 30 da ys instead of 45 days.
• 10.Bidder should visit the site before bidding and upload the design and day-to-day workplan for the exec ution of the work. Senior Accounts Officer (OM) of this office can be contacted to assist in the workplan. Bi d of the Bidder without design & workplan may be rejected. The cost of visiting the site shall be borne by t he bidder.
• 11.Penalty for Delay in completion of work:- In case of delay in completion of work beyond the stipulated p eriod of 30 days, a penalty shall be imposed at the rate of 0.5% of the Bid Value per week, subject to a ma ximum of 10% of the total Bid Value.
• 12.The office reserves the right to cancel the order at any time without assigning any reason thereof. .
