OPTION CLAUSE 50% : The buyer can increase or decrease the contract quantity or contract duration up to 50 percent at the time of issue of the contract. However, once the contract is issued, the contract quantity or contract duration can only be increased up to 50 percent. Bidders are bound to accept the revised quantity or duration. For lumpsum-based service contracts, the buyer may increase the scope of work and contract value up to 50 percent with the consent of the service provider

AVAILABILITY OF OFFICE OF SERVICE PROVIDER: An office of the Service Provider must be located in the state of Consignee. DOCUMENTARY EVIDENCE TO BE SUBMITTED.

Bidder financial standing: The bidder should not be under liquidation, court receivership or similar proceedings, should not be bankrupt. Bidder to upload undertaking to this effect with bid.

Buyer Added text based ATC clauses Mandatory Site Visit: Site visit shall be mandatory for all bidders prior to submission of their bids. Each bidder shall be required to inspect the site and upload a duly signed Site Visit Certificate along with the bid. Bidders who fail to upl oad the Site Visit Certificate shall be considered non-responsive and liable for disqualification from the bid ding process. Relevant Experience: The bidder must have prior experience in executing similar nature of works in Defence/Indian Armed Force s establishments. The bidder shall submit documentary proof/certificates of having successfully executed s imilar and related works during the last one year. Bids not supported by valid experience certificates/docu ments shall be liable for rejection. OEM Authorisation Certificate: Bidders must upload/submit documentry proof of OEM authorisation certific ate. Bidders who fail to upload the OEM authorisation Certificate shall be considered non-responsive and li able for disqualification from the bidding process. .

Bidder's offer is liable to be rejected if they don't upload any of the certificates / documents sought in the Bid document, ATC and Corrigendum if any.
