OPTION CLAUSE: The Purchaser reserves the right to increase or decrease the quantity to be ordered up to 25 percent of bid quantity at the time of placement of contract. The purchaser also reserves the right to increase the ordered quantity up to 25% of the contracted quantity during the currency of the contract at the contracted rates. The delivery period of quantity shall commence from the last date of original delivery order and in cases where option clause is exercised during the extended delivery period the additional time shall commence from the last date of extended delivery period. The additional delivery time shall be (Increased quantity ÷ Original quantity) × Original delivery period (in days), subject to minimum of 30 days. If the original delivery period is less than 30 days, the additional time equals the original delivery period. The Purchaser may extend this calculated delivery duration up to the original delivery period while exercising the option clause. Bidders must comply with these terms.

• 1.Bidders should submit bids for "RICOH" make of Toners and Master Roll only. Other makes will not be co nsidered for further evaluation.
• 2.Bidders should submit Authorization Certificate of Ricoh along with their bids. Bids revived without Auth orization Certificate of Ricoh will not be considered for further evaluation.
• 3.Multiple bids received from same IP address will not be considered for further evaluation
• 4.EMD and Security Deposit (Performance Security) shall be accepted only the following modes:
• a)NEFT / RTGS
• b)E-Bank Guarantee
• c)Insurance Surety Bond
• d)Submission of EMD and Security Deposit (Performance Security) through Cheque or Deman
• e)d Draft shall not be accepted under any circumstances.
• f)No hard copy of E-BG is required at JNPA office.
• g)No Bank Guarantee in the physical form will be accepted.
• h)E-BG will be issued directly by the bank via NeSL.
• i)E-BG is a fully valid form of document.
