Payment terms
Payments shall be made to the Seller within 10 days of issue of consignee receipt-cum-acceptance certificate (CRAC) and on-line submission of bills (This is in supersession of 10 days time as provided in clause 12 of GeM GTC)

Bidder shall submit the following documents along with their bid for Vendor Code Creation:
- a.Copy of PAN Card.
- b.Copy of GSTIN.
- c.Copy of Cancelled Cheque.
- d.Copy of EFT Mandate duly certified by Bank.
Supplier shall ensure that the Invoice is raised in the name of Consignee with GSTIN of Consignee only.
While generating invoice in GeM portal, the seller must upload scanned copy of GST invoice and the screenshot of GST portal confirming payment of GST.

Buyer Added text based ATC clauses TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS CARBON BLOCK FOR EOT CRANE'S PANTOGRAPH – (Qty. - 100 Nos.) Carbon Block made up of Graphite confirming to IPSS: 1.10.008-84 and Shore Hardness of 40 o f following size : 200mm x 110mm x 40mm as per the drawing of Part No. 10 (Overall Drawing No. CR-16/1) enclosed. NOTE:
- 1.Shall furnish the Test Certificate along with the material supply.
- 2.Delivery Schedule : Within 02 (Two) months from the date of PO.
- 3.Packing Instruction: Standard Packing. WRT ITC of GST: In case, details of outward supplies do not auto-populate in FORM GSTR-2A /2B of SAIL, due to fault/mistake/ delay at Vendor/Supplier/Contractor's end, SAIL will not disburse the GST component to the respective Supplier. In other words, only when the Vendor/Supplier/Contractor discloses the details of outward suppl ies in its FORM GSTR-1 and the corresponding ITC gets auto-populated in FORM GSTR-2A/2B, SAIL will be in a position to avail ITC and consequently disburse th e tax component to the Suppliers. Any GST component, even if disbursed by SAI L, would be recoverable by SAIL as a deduction from future bills or by any other means as per the contractual terms". .
