OPTION CLAUSE: The Purchaser reserves the right to increase or decrease the quantity to be ordered up to 25 percent of bid quantity at the time of placement of contract. The purchaser also reserves the right to increase the ordered quantity up to 25% of the contracted quantity during the currency of the contract at the contracted rates. The delivery period of quantity shall commence from the last date of original delivery order and in cases where option clause is exercised during the extended delivery period the additional time shall commence from the last date of extended delivery period. The additional delivery time shall be (Increased quantity ÷ Original quantity) × Original delivery period (in days), subject to minimum of 30 days. If the original delivery period is less than 30 days, the additional time equals the original delivery period. The Purchaser may extend this calculated delivery duration up to the original delivery period while exercising the option clause. Bidders must comply with these terms.

Bidder financial standing: The bidder should not be under liquidation, court receivership or similar proceedings, should not be bankrupt. Bidder to upload undertaking to this effect with bid.

Buyer Added text based ATC clauses Bid for Office Renovation and Interior Service works at HPCL Chennai I&C RO (Address included in ATC). Bid is for Renovation services and Interior services work schedule wise. Evaluation shall also be similar. Any clarification on scope and other terms and conditions of the service maybe clarified with project team whose details are included in the ATC document. Bidders are advised read and thoroughly understand the bid including ATC and other requirements and the n submit their offers. All documents and declaration as per formats included in the ATC to be submitted al ong with bid for appropriate evaluation. Specification acceptance/Compliance along with proposed Make a nd Model of supply item to be submitted along with bid for evaluation and acceptance. Delivery address for each line shall be as per address in the ATC section. Overall L1 schedulewise as per GeM price bid format (i.e., landed rate) with single bidder placement shall be followed. The default GST percentages as per GOI notifications shall be applicable to the individual line i tems, In case of any GST percentage change as per item description same to be included in declaration as per formats included in ATC. In event of splitting due to MSE/MII or both preference, total order shall be aw arded to the MSE/MII party subject to acceptance of Price match L1 rate by the MSE/MII party. Auto verifications by GEM will be used for selection wherever available. Application of MSE/MII preference as per actual status/condition of the bidder shall be the bidder's responsibility. Buyer shall not be held res ponsible nor entertain any preference documents if they are not suitably applied along with their bid subm ission. .
