• 1.Eligibility Criteria:
• a.The bidder shall be supplier of Durgapur Steel Plant with empanelled vendor under item categories 007101- Chemical, Industrial Grade or 007923 - Chemical, Water Treatment on the tender opening date or should be the last supplier of the item mentioned in the Tender. Offer of the bidders who are not re gistered with Durgapur Steel Plant against item categories “007101” or “007923” shall be rejected. Ven dors desirous of getting registered for the item categories “007101” or “007923” at Durgapur Steel Plant may send mail to vrsection.dsp@sail.in for the detail process. "
• b.Offers of such bidders shall be rejected:
• i.Who has pending quality compliant against them in DSP. ii. Who have been suspended/blocked for issue of Tender enquiry by DSP 2) Delivery: - All item to be delivered within 30 days from date of placement of PO. Any offer n ot confirming to the delivery schedule mentioned, may not be considered as techno-commerci ally accepted. .
