OPTION CLAUSE: The Purchaser reserves the right to increase or decrease the quantity to be ordered up to 25 percent of bid quantity at the time of placement of contract. The purchaser also reserves the right to increase the ordered quantity up to 25% of the contracted quantity during the currency of the contract at the contracted rates. The delivery period of quantity shall commence from the last date of original delivery order and in cases where option clause is exercised during the extended delivery period the additional time shall commence from the last date of extended delivery period. The additional delivery time shall be (Increased quantity ÷ Original quantity) × Original delivery period (in days), subject to minimum of 30 days. If the original delivery period is less than 30 days, the additional time equals the original delivery period. The Purchaser may extend this calculated delivery duration up to the original delivery period while exercising the option clause. Bidders must comply with these terms.

Successful Bidder can submit the Performance Security in the form of Account Payee Demand Draft also (besides PBG which is allowed as per GeM GTC). DD should be made in favour of URANIUM CORPORATION OF INDIA LIMITED payable at STATE BANK OF INDIA JADUGUDA BRANCH CODE 0227 . After award of contract, Successful Bidder can upload scanned copy of the DD in place of PBG and has to ensure delivery of hard copy to the original DD to the Buyer within 15 days of award of contract.

Buyer Added text based ATC clauses PRE-QUALIFICATION CRITERIA:

• i)Average Annual financial turnover during last three years ending 31st March o f the previous financial year, should be at least Rs. 1,24,098 /-. ii) Experience of having successfully completed similar works during last 7 year s ending last day of the month previous to the one in which applications are i nvited should be either of the following:
• a)Three Similar completed works costing not less than an amount equal to Rs. 1,65,464 /- or
• b)Two similar completed works costing not less than an amount equal to Rs 2, 06,831 /- or
• c)One similar completed work costing not less than an amount equal to Rs. 3, 30,929 /- iii) Bidder shall furnish PAN & GST. Similar Works means, “Overhauling / Repairing of Vacuum Circuit Breaker or ma nufacturer of 6.6/11 KV HT panels or Installation, Testing & commissioning of nu merical relays in HT Panels or retrofitting work of VCB”. The intending tenderer shall upload necessary documentary evidence to prove their past experience, wor k order copy along with completion certificate. In addition to above, bidder must submit financial Certificate of turnover issued by Chartered Accountant for last three financial years along with audited P&L Statement for last three financial years. EMD Exemption: Exemption from submission of EMD shall be availed on uplo ading valid documents as per prevailing GeM Guidelines. The eligibility is to be decided strictly based on documents submitted at the tim e of receipt of tenders. No additional documents are to be allowed to be submitt ed after receipt of tenders but there is no bar to seek clarification or authenticat ion of submitted documents. However in case of poor response, with a view to i ncrease the competition, admission of additional documents to meet the Pre-Qu alification Criteria may be allowed subject to the condition that
• a)‘Poor Response’ implies when less than three bids are found suitable on the ba sis of submitted eligible documents as per NIT.
• b)The additional document should not be issued subsequent to last date of recei pt of tender as mentioned in the NIT.
• c)The bidder submitting additional documents has submitted EMD and tender co st as prescribed in NIT.
• d)The opportunity of submission of additional documents will be given to all the bidders. The Corporation reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders either i n full or part thereof or to split up the work if necessary without arranging any r easons whatsoever. .
