OPTION CLAUSE: The Purchaser reserves the right to increase or decrease the quantity to be ordered up to 25 percent of bid quantity at the time of placement of contract. The purchaser also reserves the right to increase the ordered quantity up to 25% of the contracted quantity during the currency of the contract at the contracted rates. The delivery period of quantity shall commence from the last date of original delivery order and in cases where option clause is exercised during the extended delivery period the additional time shall commence from the last date of extended delivery period. The additional delivery time shall be (Increased quantity ÷ Original quantity) × Original delivery period (in days), subject to minimum of 30 days. If the original delivery period is less than 30 days, the additional time equals the original delivery period. The Purchaser may extend this calculated delivery duration up to the original delivery period while exercising the option clause. Bidders must comply with these terms.

• 1.Supply shall be completed within 8 WEEKS ie., 56 DAYS from the date of contract as per the Scope of Work enclosed in ATC.
• 2.For Technical Qualification Criteria, Bidder shall be either OEM of offered Analysers and Sensors (HACH) or authorized dealers/channel partner/system integrator of OE M for the proposed items, as such a valid authorized certificate for the above shall b e submitted along with the technical bid for evaluation.
• 3.The bidder shall adhere & comply with all the terms and conditions as specified in Scope of supply enclosed in ATC
• 4.The supplier shall submit the entire documents as specified under clause no. 9, Pag e 2 of of Scope of Supply.
• 5.Test Certificate shall accompany supply.
• 6.Warranty certificate for a period of 12 months from the date of final acceptance of items at site shall be submitted.
• 7.EMD for total amount of ₹ 1,30,059/- shall be submitted before due date and time of opening of bid and the details of the same shall be furnished in format enclosed below.
• 8.The contractor shall submit performance security bank guarantee for 5 percentage of total contract value valid for the contractual delivery schedule (2 months) along with defect liability period (12 months) with appropriate claim period (2 months) ie. , totally 16 months as per terms and conditions of gem (format enclosed in ATC) an d the same shall be submitted within 15 days from the date of issue of contract.
• 9.Liquidated damages are applicable as per terms and conditions of GeM.
• 10.Bidder shall adhere all other terms and conditions as applicable as per GeM GTC a nd ATC. 11. "Bidders are requested strictly to submit all the required documents as s pelt out in the ATC of the bid. In case a bidder fails to submit the required documents, their offer will not be considered for further evaluation"
• 12.The materials shall be packed properly before despatch to avoid any transit damag es.
• 13.Offers being received from the same IP Address will not be considered for further e valuation.
• 14.QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS FOR TENDERERS (FINANCIAL):
• a.ANNUAL TURNOVER: Average Annual Turnover should be 3 Crores pe r annum. NOTE: The TENDERER/BIDDER shall submit their audited ‘Profit and Loss Account’ and ‘Balance Sheet’ for the last 3 years with Part –I (Technical and Commercial except price ) bid.
• b.CRITERIA REGARDING COMPLETION OF SIMILAR WORKS: Experien ce of having successfully completed similar works during last five years ending last day of month previous to the one in which tenders are invite d shall be either of the following:
• (i)Three similar completed works not less than the amount equal to 40 % of the estimated cost (ie.,Rs. 26,01,173/-). Or
• (ii)Two similar completed works executed concurrently costing not less than the amount equal to 50% of the estimated cost (ie., Rs. 32,51,466/-). Or
• (iii)One similar completed work not less than the amount equal to 80% o f the estimated cost (Rs. 52,02,346/-).
