BID ELIGIBITY CRITERIA CONDITIONS: 1.Past Performance: The tenderer with past performance of satisfactory execution of contracts to SC R ailway, or Other Zonal Railways/PU's/Other State Government Sectors. for supply of the same / similar item s during last three years prior to, and excluding tender opening date may be considered as responsive to S C Railways requirements for placement of bulk and regular order. Tenderers are requested to submit the past performance report such as Copies of R Notes/CRAC/Proof of acceptance of material by consignee etc. along with their offer; failing which offer will be summarily reject ed without making any back reference. However, in cases where the tenderers are having satisfactory pas t supply performances of tendered items for stock items with SCR, the supply performance data available i n iMMIS with SCR shall be taken into consideration while evaluating the offers of the tenderers. • 2.Inspection, Testing and Acceptance: Inspection by consignee after the receipt of material.
• 3.Payment Terms: 100% on the receipt of material and technically accepted by consignee.
• 4.Delivery: Must be delivered free of cost at consignee location, within 30 days from the release of Contra ct.
• 5.If any condition mentioned in GeM which is contradicting with the condition mentioned in ATC, then con dition mentioned in ATC will prevail. .
