Buyer Added text based ATC clauses Special terms and conditions: Tendered items are proprietary in nature. These items are proprietary of M/s INNOMOTICS INDIA PRIVATE L IMITED. (OEM). Offer submitted by the Manufacturer will be considered for further processing. ii. In case of submission of offer by their Dealer / Channel Partner / System House, such offer(s) will only be considered with valid dealership/ partnership/authorisation certificate of the OEM. iii. Manufacturer’s Test & Warranty Certificate to be provided at the time of delivery of the ordered material(s) Special Instructions:

  • i.Supplier shall submit complete Routine Test Certificate as per IS:325:1996 clause 22.3.2 or equival ent IEC standards for each Motor indicating Motor type, Frame Size, Serial No., Volts, RPM, Full load current & torque. Routine Test procedure shall be in accordance with IS: 4029:2010 or equivalent IE C standards. ii. Supplier to submit type test reports for similar rating done within last five years for review. If not, th ose type tests have to be performed on sample. iii. Vendor to quote with complete technical details, QAP, characteristic curves and GAD iv.
