OPTION CLAUSE: The Purchaser reserves the right to increase or decrease the quantity to be ordered up to 25 percent of bid quantity at the time of placement of contract. The purchaser also reserves the right to increase the ordered quantity up to 25% of the contracted quantity during the currency of the contract at the contracted rates. The delivery period of quantity shall commence from the last date of original delivery order and in cases where option clause is exercised during the extended delivery period the additional time shall commence from the last date of extended delivery period. The additional delivery time shall be (Increased quantity ÷ Original quantity) × Original delivery period (in days), subject to minimum of 30 days. If the original delivery period is less than 30 days, the additional time equals the original delivery period. The Purchaser may extend this calculated delivery duration up to the original delivery period while exercising the option clause. Bidders must comply with these terms.

• Copies of last three Years Income Tax returns. • The sample of the material to be supplied by the bidder must be submitted along with the tender. Tenders submitt ed without a sample will be rejected. • The materials provided should be of a standard quality. • The college will test a sample of the quality testing materials provided by the supplier. The remaining materials will be purchased based on the certification of the supplier. • Therefore, the final decision regarding the cancellation of the tender will rest with the principal. • Bidder should upload GST Clearance certificate till 6 Months previous months from the bid publishing date. • Copy of the GSTN Registration Certificate and latest GSTR-3B filed receipt. • All the parameters given in the submitted brochure & specification should be followed otherwise the bid will be rejected.. • Notarized Affidavit on Non judicial stamp paper of Rs.100/- regarding self-declaration stating about non- inclusion in blacklist the firm/company by any Government organizations. • Seller Should attach successfully completed work order copy of 50% of contract value. Completion Certificate should be attached Similar type of items in single work order in last 3 years.• Bidder should have a minimum turnov er of Rs 10 lakh in the last three financial years. • Bidder should have a minimum OEM turnover of Rs 50 Lakh in the last three financial years. • Enclose Shop Act license/ Shop establishment certificate. • Enclose Registration of Udyog Aadhaar/MSME if applicable. • All the documents in the bid should be signed & stamped. • Organization (Tender inviting authority) reserves the right to accept any Bid or reject any bid at its Sole discretion without assigning any reasons thereof. • Bidders GST registration should be within borders of MP. • Bidder must be registered as MSME within the border of MP. .

ISO 9001: The bidder or the OEM of the offered products must have ISO 9001 certification.
