Buyer Added text based ATC clauses Special instructions:

  • 1.TC and GC/ WC must be submitted at the time of delivery of materials.
  • 2.Material is to be delivered at Store house no. - SH62.( Township store)
  • 3.Drum length should be 500 mtr±5% approximately.
  • 4.Delivery : Within two months ( 60 days) after the placement of PO. Special Terms & Conditions
  • A.Only the bidders who have valid registration as manufacturer against item category “207109- LT XLPE POWER CABLE” OR “ 207108- HT XLPE CABLE (3.3 TO 11 KV)”in Durgapur Steel Plant on the Bid su bmission date are eligible to quote for the subject tender.
  • B.Offers submitted by the Dealer / Channel Partner / System House of a manufacturer qualifying under “P ara A” shall be considered only if accompanied by a valid dealership/partnership/authorisation certificate f rom OEM.
  • C.The last supplier of the material is also eligible to quote for the subject tender.
  • D.Bids from any other Seller shall be treated as unsolicited in the instant procurement case. However, the firm(s) interested to be registered as a vendor to SAIL, DSP, should apply online in the portal https://srm.s aildsp.co.in.
