OPTION CLAUSE: The Purchaser reserves the right to increase or decrease the quantity to be ordered up to 25 percent of bid quantity at the time of placement of contract. The purchaser also reserves the right to increase the ordered quantity up to 25% of the contracted quantity during the currency of the contract at the contracted rates. The delivery period of quantity shall commence from the last date of original delivery order and in cases where option clause is exercised during the extended delivery period the additional time shall commence from the last date of extended delivery period. The additional delivery time shall be (Increased quantity ÷ Original quantity) × Original delivery period (in days), subject to minimum of 30 days. If the original delivery period is less than 30 days, the additional time equals the original delivery period. The Purchaser may extend this calculated delivery duration up to the original delivery period while exercising the option clause. Bidders must comply with these terms.

• 1.GST Registration Certificate: The bidder shall submit a current and valid GST Registration Certificate
• 2.Authorized Dealer Certificate: The bidder shall be an authorized dealer/distributor of the original manufacturer/brand owner of Whatman Filter Paper.
• 3.Specific Authorization for GOAW, Neemuch: The bidder shall submit a valid and current Authorization/Dealership Certificate issued by the original manufacturer/brand owner, clear ly mentioning that the bidder is authorized to supply the quoted Wha tman Filter Paper to Government Opium & Alkaloid Works (GOAW ), Neemuch. The certificate shall specifically cover the product(s) quoted in the tender.
• 4.Manufacturer/Product Catalogue: The bidder shall submit the manufacturer's product catalogue/data sh eet clearly indicating the quoted product's brand, grade/type, size, po re size, pack size and other relevant specifications.
• 5.Validity of Authorization: The authorization certificate shall be valid on the date of submission of the bid and shall remain valid during the period of supply/contract.
• 6.Manufacturer Verification: GOAW Neemuch reserves the right to verify the authorization directly from the original manufacturer/brand owner. In case the authorizati on is found invalid, expired, fabricated or not covering the quoted product /supply to GOAW Neemuch, the bid may be treated as non-responsive. .
