• 1.SCOPE OF WORK The scope of work includes the supply, installation, testing and co mmissioning of one complete 60 HP centrifugal motor pump set at Balebailu Water Treatment Plant, Town Limit, Thirthahalli. The supplied equipment shall be new, unused, of standard quality, ISI certified wherever applicable, and manufactured by a reputed a nd established company. The pump and motor shall comply with th e technical specifications prescribed in the tender document. The bidder shall ensure that the equipment is delivered, installed, t ested and commissioned in proper working condition at the design ated site.
• 2.TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS The centrifugal motor pump set shall conform to the following mini mum technical requirements: Sl. • 3.ELIGIBILITY OF THE BIDDER
• 1.The bidder shall be a legally registered firm, company, propri etorship or other eligible business entity.
• 2.The bidder shall possess a valid PAN and GST registration, wh erever applicable.
• 3.The bidder shall have the necessary authorization, technical capability and resources to supply and commission the specifi ed equipment.
• 4.The bidder shall provide details of the manufacturer and bran d of the offered pump and motor.
• 5.The bidder shall comply with all applicable statutory require ments and the terms and conditions of the GeM bid.
• 4.DOCUMENTS TO BE SUBMITTED The bidder shall upload the following documents along with the bid :
• 1.PAN Card of the bidder or firm.
• 2.GST Registration Certificate, registered in Karnataka state
• 3.Firm Registration Certificate or other applicable proof of cons titution.
• 4.Technical datasheet and product catalogue of the offered pu mp and motor.
• 5.Manufacturer's name, brand and model number.
• 6.Technical compliance statement against the specifications m entioned in the tender.
• 7.Manufacturer Authorization Certificate, wherever applicable o r specifically required in the bid.
• 8.Undertaking confirming that the supplied equipment will be n ew, unused and free from manufacturing defects.
• 9.OEM Authorization Letter for the Offered brand
• 10.MSME Registration Certificate 11.Any additional documents specifically required under the Ge M bid.
• 12.Bidder has to Certify the ATC Document
• 5.TECHNICAL COMPLIANCE
• 1.The offered pump and motor shall meet the specified technic al requirements.
• 2.The bidder shall clearly indicate the make, model, motor ratin g, total head, discharge capacity, impeller diameter, speed, vo ltage and frequency in the technical bid.
• 3.The purchaser reserves the right to verify the technical specif ications and supporting documents submitted by the bidder.
• 4.Products that do not meet the prescribed technical requirem ents may be rejected in accordance with the tender conditions .
• 5.Any deviation from the prescribed specifications shall be clea rly disclosed by the bidder. Material deviations may render the bid technically non-responsive.
• 6.BRAND AND QUALITY REQUIREMENTS
• 1.The bidder shall supply a complete motor pump set manufact ured by a reputed and established manufacturer.
• 2.The equipment shall be brand-new, unused and free from def ects.
• 3.The offered make and model shall be clearly mentioned in th e technical bid.
• 4.The equipment shall conform to the applicable Indian Standa rds and statutory requirements, wherever applicable.
• 5.The purchaser may inspect the supplied equipment and verif y its conformity with the approved technical specifications bef ore acceptance.
• 7.DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION
• 1.The equipment shall be delivered to Balebailu Water Treatme nt Plant, Town Limit, Thirthahalli, or another designated locati on specified by the purchaser.
• 2.The bidder shall be responsible for transportation, unloading and safe delivery of the equipment at the designated site, unl ess otherwise specified in the bid.
• 3.Installation and commissioning of the pump set shall be inclu ded in the quoted price.
• 4.The bidder shall arrange the necessary technical personnel, t ools and equipment required for installation and commissionin

g.

• 5.The installation shall be carried out in coordination with the p urchaser or the authorized site representative.
• 6.The equipment shall be commissioned and demonstrated in proper working condition before final acceptance.
• 7.The delivery and completion period shall be as specified in th e GeM bid or the purchase order.
• 8.TESTING AND COMMISSIONING
• 1.The bidder shall carry out the necessary installation checks a nd operational testing after installation.
• 2.The bidder shall demonstrate the satisfactory operation of th e pump and motor set at the installation site.
• 3.The pump shall be tested for performance against the specifi ed head and discharge requirements, subject to the applicabl e test procedure and site operating conditions.
• 4.The bidder shall rectify defects or deficiencies attributable to the supplied equipment or installation at no additional cost du ring the applicable warranty period.
• 5.Commissioning shall be considered complete upon satisfacto ry testing and acceptance by the purchaser or authorized repr esentative.

• 1.The bidder shall provide a minimum warranty of 12 months fr om the date of successful commissioning or as specified in the GeM bid, whichever is applicable.
• 2.The warranty shall cover manufacturing defects and defects attributable to faulty workmanship or installation.
• 3.During the warranty period, the bidder shall repair or replace defective components covered under warranty without additio nal cost to the purchaser.
• 4.The bidder shall provide warranty documentation and applica ble service contact details at the time of commissioning.
• 5.Warranty exclusions, if any, shall be disclosed clearly and sha ll be subject to the applicable contractual conditions.
• 10.PRICE AND TAXES
• 1.The bidder shall quote the complete price for the supply, inst allation, testing and commissioning of the motor pump set.
• 2.The quoted price shall include all applicable costs associated with the scope of work, including transportation, packing, forw arding, unloading, installation, testing and commissioning, as applicable.
• 3.GST and other applicable statutory charges shall be indicated in accordance with the GeM bidding provisions.
• 4.No additional payment shall be admissible for items or activities already included in the awarded scope of work, unle ss expressly approved under the contract.
• 11.INSPECTION AND ACCEPTANCE
• 1.The purchaser reserves the right to inspect the equipment at the time of delivery, installation and commissioning.
• 2.The bidder shall provide the necessary technical documents, test certificates and warranty documents applicable to the su pplied equipment.
• 3.Equipment that fails to conform to the approved specification s may be rejected in accordance with the contractual conditio ns.
• 4.Final acceptance shall be subject to successful installation, c ommissioning and satisfactory performance verification.
• 12.PAYMENT TERMS Payment shall be made in accordance with the payment terms spe cified in the GeM bid, purchase order and applicable procurement r ules, subject to satisfactory delivery, installation, commissioning an d submission of the required supporting documents.
• 13.GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
• 1.The bidder shall comply with the General Terms and Conditio ns of GeM and all applicable bid-specific requirements.
• 2.All documents submitted by the bidder shall be genuine, vali d and verifiable.
• 3.The purchaser reserves the right to verify the information an d documents submitted by the bidder.
• 4.Any misrepresentation, submission of forged documents or m aterial non-compliance may result in action as permitted unde r the applicable procurement rules and bid conditions.
• 5.Matters not specifically covered under these ATC shall be gov erned by the GeM bid conditions, applicable procurement rule s and the purchase order.
• 6.The bidder shall be responsible for completing the work withi n the stipulated delivery and commissioning period.
• 14.DECLARATION BY THE BIDDER The bidder shall submit an undertaking confirming that the offered centrifugal motor pump set complies with the technical specificatio ns, is brand-new and unused, and will be supplied, installed, tested and commissioned in accordance with the tender conditions. .
