  • 1.Bidder must not be blacklisted by any Govt or Def Establishment.
  • 2.Pan card and GSTIN registration.
  • 3.Bidder to provide OEM authorization.
  • 4.All bidder to attend pre bid meeting on 14 Oct 2026 along with sample of the items for approval at wksp location.
  • 5.All bidder to get all their queries and clarifications if any during pre bid meeting.
  • 6.All items to be supplied in proper sealed packing.
  • 7.All items to be provided within 24 hrs to 48 hrs after supply order is placed.
  • 8.Technical literature of the items quoted to be submitted by the bidder. .
