The party has to do painting works as per instruction of Engineer in Char ge. 6) Cleaning of Septic Tank and Choked Sewer line by diesel running vehicle mounting hydraulic operated h igh pressure suction cum jetting machine fitted with pump having 4000 liters suction capacity and 6000 lit ers water jetting tank capacity. 7) Replacement of all sanitary fittings like WC Pan, Wash Basin, Urinal, Mirror etc in all the washroom and t oilets of Jaduguda Mill. 8) All transport vehicles arrange by the contractor. 9) All materials will be supplied by contractor within given time frame by EIC. 10) All Safety arrangements like Staging with Cup lock system with Jallis or green nets shall be in the scop e of contractor. No separate payment shall be done for safety arrangements. However reimbursement for safety equipments will be applicable as per NIT terms and condition. Also without proper safety arrangem ents no work shall be allowed for the day. 11) Medical checkup followed by Height pass from safety department is a mandatory requirement to work at height as specified by safety manual/department. Note:-Contractors are advised to see the area get acquainted with the actual features of the land where w ork is to be executed and get other related information before quoting their rates for carrying out themwor k successfully. TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION- All work for civil items shall be carried out as per latest Indian standard, CPWD/ISI and MORTH specification which shall form part of this specification. - d.6) Penalty- Penalty Clause will be applicable for non deployment of manpower for minimum requirement i.e.- at least minimum manpower at site will be -(Skilled/Semiskilled Manpower-4 No and Unskilled Manpower-08 Nos) a nd if minimum number of manpower is not available at site then penalty will be imposed on pro-data basis for short supply of manpower than desired manpower on man days basis for that month- 1)From 201-300 man days in that month – No penalty. 2)From 101-200 man days in that month – Penalty will be imposed @ 0.5 % of work done value exclusive o f GST of that month except Sunday & Paid Holiday. No escalation will be attracted for the period beyond duly appro ved time extension. No additional Cost will be reimbursed for it. 9) Poor Response Clause- The eligibility be decided strictly based on documents Submitted at the time of receipt of tenders. No addit ional documents be allowed to be submitted after receipt of tenders, however there is no bar to seek clarif ication or authentication of submitted documents .
