OPTION CLAUSE: The Purchaser reserves the right to increase or decrease the quantity to be ordered up to 25 percent of bid quantity at the time of placement of contract. The purchaser also reserves the right to increase the ordered quantity up to 25% of the contracted quantity during the currency of the contract at the contracted rates. The delivery period of quantity shall commence from the last date of original delivery order and in cases where option clause is exercised during the extended delivery period the additional time shall commence from the last date of extended delivery period. The additional delivery time shall be (Increased quantity ÷ Original quantity) × Original delivery period (in days), subject to minimum of 30 days. If the original delivery period is less than 30 days, the additional time equals the original delivery period. The Purchaser may extend this calculated delivery duration up to the original delivery period while exercising the option clause. Bidders must comply with these terms.

• 1.OEM Compliance to be attached with the BID.
• 2.Bidder should not be blacklisted in any organization. Notarized certificate with valid date to be s ubmitted along with the BID.
• 3.Bid Specific OEM Authorization certificate should be attached for all the products with bid from all brands.
• 4.Copy of valid GST certificate of past three months must be attached by the bidder.
• 5.Past experience the bidder must have executed project of supply of the desired similar products to a central state or any govt undertaking for consideration. Copy of such bills to be submitted bef ore the closing of the bid end date.
• 6.Supply of product confirming to minimum technical specification or higher as specified in the bi d document and strictly as per OEM standards to be ensured. Compliance certificate of the specifi cations to be provided on OEM letter head for each product.
• 7.OEM should be ISO Certified. Attach the certificate along with the BID for all Brands Land border declaration to be uploaded by OEM as per compliance of Restrictions under Rule 144XI of GFR 201 7.
• 8.BID specification MAF to be provided data sheet of the product quoted should be attached in the BID for all products.
• 9.Warranty for 5 years.
• 10.All conditions to be agreed by the firm in letter head. .

IMPORTED PRODUCTS: In case of imported products, OEM or Authorized Seller of OEM should have a registered office in India to provide after sales service support in India. The certificate to this effect should be submitted.
