OPTION CLAUSE: The Purchaser reserves the right to increase or decrease the quantity to be ordered up to 25 percent of bid quantity at the time of placement of contract. The purchaser also reserves the right to increase the ordered quantity up to 25% of the contracted quantity during the currency of the contract at the contracted rates. The delivery period of quantity shall commence from the last date of original delivery order and in cases where option clause is exercised during the extended delivery period the additional time shall commence from the last date of extended delivery period. The additional delivery time shall be (Increased quantity ÷ Original quantity) × Original delivery period (in days), subject to minimum of 30 days. If the original delivery period is less than 30 days, the additional time equals the original delivery period. The Purchaser may extend this calculated delivery duration up to the original delivery period while exercising the option clause. Bidders must comply with these terms.

Valid Authorization letter for Bid requir ed products f r o m M a n u f a c t u r i n g U n i t must be submitted by the Bidder . 7 Manufacturer ITR audit report/Balance sheet for assessment year – 2021- 2022/2022- 2023/2023 -24 whose Authorization is submitted , has to be submitted by Bidder 8 Color catalogue of the offered product with proper specifications must be submitted . Escalation matrix of the Enterprise is required. 9 Previous Work Orders (at least 2 work orders) for similar products in state/central govt. departm ents by the Bidder or its OEM must be submitted . 10 MSME/Udyam Certificate of Bidder has to be submitted. However no claim of EMD exemption if asked in Bid document will be provided in lieu of MSME/UDYAM certificate. 11 Service and Warranty Declaration post sale and supply for minimum 1 year duration by the Ent erprise /OEM on notary stamp paper (min 100rs) is mandatory to be submitted. 12 Bidder must have functional service center in Consignee state for after sale service/maintenanc e at the earliest possible. .Valid evidence in support of it must be submitted ( Rent Agreement/ UD YAM / GSTIN/ Factory License/ Shop Establishment Certificate in consignee state ). 13 Bidder 3 yr. ITR return details/ Audit report on CA letterhead /Balance Sheet with seal signature must be submitted. Last 6 months GST filing proof must be submitted along with. 14 Delivery has to be done at the consignee location within specified time .No additional freight ch arges will be paid for it .
