Buyer Added text based ATC clauses Terms and Conditions The Bidder/OEM shall have an established service/support arrangement in Pune, M.H Advance Sample: The successful bidder shall submit 01 x sample of the offered items wherever required b y the Buyer, before bulk supply for inspection and verification of specification. Bulk supply shall be undertaken only after acceptance/approval of the advance sample by the Buyer/Tech nical Committee, wherever advance sample has been called for. The advance sample shall be supplied without any additional cost to the Buyer. The approved sample may be retained by the Buyer for record/reference. The supplier shall ensure timely delivery of items at the consignee location in Pune, Maharashtra, within th e stipulated delivery period. In case any supplied items are found defective, incorrect or not conforming to the approved specifications/ sample, the supplier shall arrange its replacement at no additional cost to the Buyer within the stipulated period. .
