OPTION CLAUSE: The Purchaser reserves the right to increase or decrease the quantity to be ordered up to 25 percent of bid quantity at the time of placement of contract. The purchaser also reserves the right to increase the ordered quantity up to 25% of the contracted quantity during the currency of the contract at the contracted rates. The delivery period of quantity shall commence from the last date of original delivery order and in cases where option clause is exercised during the extended delivery period the additional time shall commence from the last date of extended delivery period. The additional delivery time shall be (Increased quantity ÷ Original quantity) × Original delivery period (in days), subject to minimum of 30 days. If the original delivery period is less than 30 days, the additional time equals the original delivery period. The Purchaser may extend this calculated delivery duration up to the original delivery period while exercising the option clause. Bidders must comply with these terms.

• 5.Quality and reputation of the proposed raw material. 6. 3D visualization and presentation of the entire project from five different angels, prepared from a to sc ale 3D drawing and converted into PDF format.
• 7.Similar project credentials : List of successfully completed projects shall be submitted as part of the tec hnical bid:- 7.1 Warranty Period. 7.2 Service Support System.
• 8.Future Scalability: Drawing and visual representation of the proposed scalability shall be submitted as p art of the technical bid:- 8.1 Brand/ Make of raw materials proposed for the project shall be submitted as part of the technical bid. 8.2 List of other items not specifically mentioned in the tender but required for successful completio n of the project, as per the bidder's design shall be included as part of the turnkey scope of work. 8.3 ISO Certificate. 8.4 ESI & PF Certificate. 8.5 The four highest technically evaluated eligible bidders/ presentations based on the above criteri a shall be shortlisted for further technical evaluation/ bid process. .
