Buyer Added text based ATC clauses Additional Terms and Conditions:- 1.Delivery Location: The supplier shall deliver newspapers at the designated office/station premise s as specified in the supply order. The supplier must ensure the feasibility of daily delivery at the s pecified location Place- AEC Trg College and Centre,Pachmarhi (MP), Dist- Narmadapuram, Pin-461 881

  • 2.Timely Delivery: Newspapers shall be delivered daily, including Sundays and holidays, wherever applicable, before 08:00 AM or within the specific time stipulated by the purchaser.
  • 3.Daily Availability: The supplier shall ensure uninterrupted supply of all newspapers, editions and quantities mentioned in the supply order throughout the contract period.
  • 4.Local Delivery Arrangement: The bidder must have an established delivery arrangement or a rel iable distribution mechanism capable of ensuring timely delivery at the designated location. Docu mentary proof be provided by the Seller.
  • 5.Replacement of Missing/Damaged Copies: Any missing, damaged, wet or incorrect newspaper s hall be replaced by the supplier without additional cost, preferably within one hour of notification o r within the time specified by the purchaser.
  • 6.No Interruption in Service: The supplier shall make alternate arrangements during staff absence , transport disruption or other foreseeable circumstances to maintain uninterrupted newspaper del ivery. 7.Penalty for Delay/Non-Supply: Repeated delays, shortages or non-supply may attract deductions or penalties as specified in the contract, subject to applicable procurement rules and the terms of the supply order.
  • 8.Contract Termination: Persistent failure to meet delivery schedules or repeated non-compliance may result in termination of the contract in accordance with applicable rules and contractual provi sions.
  • 9.Rate Inclusiveness: The quoted rates shall include all applicable costs, including transportation, delivery and handling charges. No additional delivery charges shall be payable. .
