OPTION CLAUSE 25% : The buyer can increase or decrease the contract quantity or contract duration up to 25 percent at the time of issue of the contract. However, once the contract is issued, the contract quantity or contract duration can only be increased up to 25 percent. Bidders are bound to accept the revised quantity or duration. For lumpsum-based service contracts, the buyer may increase the scope of work and contract value up to 25 percent with the consent of the service provider

Bidder financial standing: The bidder should not be under liquidation, court receivership or similar proceedings, should not be bankrupt. Bidder to upload undertaking to this effect with bid.

Security deposit/ performance guarantee shall be submitted by eligible bidd er in favour of HPCL Renewables Green Energy Limited & further details shall be provided at the time of iss ue of LOA/PO.

• 2.Bidder for each line item shall quote lumsum delivered rates including all duties & taxes, transit insuran ce, and packing & forwarding & freight charges etc. Bidder shall submit declaration confirming percent of GST considered for each line item.
• 3.Bidder shall ensure quoted rates are not mentioned anywhere else in the tender other than price bid. In case bidders quote rates at any other place (other than price bid), THE OFFER OF BIDDER SHALL BE REJEC TED.
• 4.Delivery/ completion period of each line item provided in detailed tender document shall prevail over de livery period displayed in GeM bid document.
• 5.A bidder who wishes to submit a bank guarantee (BG) towards Earnest Money Deposit (EMD)/ Security Deposit (SD)/ Composite Performance Bank Guarantee (CPBG)/ towards any other requirement of the tend er, as far as possible to ensure that:
• a.The issuing bank is on SFMS platform
• b.SFMS Message type used is 760 COV and SMFS Delivery report/Message Copy is sent along with original BG
• c.BG contains following details:
• i.Beneficiary’s bank Name: ICICI Bank ii. ISFC Code: ICIC0000393. iii. HPCL’s CPO, Mumbai Unique Identifier Code (UIC): HPCL508902133HPRGE
• d.BG Issuing Bank should send the BG Issuance advice through SFMS to HPCL’s designated Banker: ICICI B ank, Backbay Branch, Mumbai (IFSC: ICIC0000393)
• e.BG Issuance advice should mention applicable Unique Identifier Code (UIC) in row/field number 7037 of SFMS Delivery Report. .
