OPTION CLAUSE: The Purchaser reserves the right to increase or decrease the quantity to be ordered up to 25 percent of bid quantity at the time of placement of contract. The purchaser also reserves the right to increase the ordered quantity up to 25% of the contracted quantity during the currency of the contract at the contracted rates. The delivery period of quantity shall commence from the last date of original delivery order and in cases where option clause is exercised during the extended delivery period the additional time shall commence from the last date of extended delivery period. The additional delivery time shall be (Increased quantity ÷ Original quantity) × Original delivery period (in days), subject to minimum of 30 days. If the original delivery period is less than 30 days, the additional time equals the original delivery period. The Purchaser may extend this calculated delivery duration up to the original delivery period while exercising the option clause. Bidders must comply with these terms.

Bidders shall submit SCC and Technical specifications sheets mentioned in the Sections - V, VI of the Buy er Added Bid Specific ATC documents duly signed and stamped on each page as Token of acceptan ce. 6) Land-border Undertaking i.e., Form-IA to Section II, Form-IB to Section II of the Buyer Added Bid specific ATC document must be submitted duly filled, signed and stamped (as applicable) on your company's letter head. 7) Power of Attorney (PoA) on the name of the person signing the bid documents must be issued on your c ompany’s letterhead. 8) Aadhar Card, GST and PAN certificates must be attached and should be submitted duly notarized by N otary Public with legible stamp. 9) Format F-10 of the Buyer Added Bid specific ATC document must be duly filled, signed and stamped on your company's letterhead. 10) Start-up enterprise registration issued by Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade (DPI IT), should be certified by the Chartered Accountant (not being an employee or a Director or not having an y interest in the bidder’s company/firm) and notary public with legible stamp; if Start-up exemption is appli cable. 11) The Technical specification given under Gail Tender will supersede any Conflicting clause mentioned el sewhere including GeM Tender Notice. 12) SBI Collect Mechanism GAIL Vijaipur is a central hub for collections related to various departments as a result, there are huge volu me of collection transactions like EMD, SD, Pipeline Crossing Charges, Rent, Electricity etc. In order to streamline the collection process and accounting thereof, “SBI Collect” is being introduced for al l collections. SBI Collect is a payment receipt mechanism which allows the depositor to enter the details wh ich are required by GAIL in order to proper and timely recording of transactions and reconciliation thereof. On the basis of details shared by concerned departments (for collection) the portal has been developed on State Bank of India Website. It is kindly requested to make the payments using SBI COLLECT only (Applicab le if Payment are made using NEFT/RTGS etc). The same will help us to have a better and timely reconciliation of the collections. Following are the payments which can be made using SBI Collect Facility.
