OPTION CLAUSE: The Purchaser reserves the right to increase or decrease the quantity to be ordered up to 25 percent of bid quantity at the time of placement of contract. The purchaser also reserves the right to increase the ordered quantity up to 25% of the contracted quantity during the currency of the contract at the contracted rates. The delivery period of quantity shall commence from the last date of original delivery order and in cases where option clause is exercised during the extended delivery period the additional time shall commence from the last date of extended delivery period. The additional delivery time shall be (Increased quantity ÷ Original quantity) × Original delivery period (in days), subject to minimum of 30 days. If the original delivery period is less than 30 days, the additional time equals the original delivery period. The Purchaser may extend this calculated delivery duration up to the original delivery period while exercising the option clause. Bidders must comply with these terms.

Buyer Added text based ATC clauses Mandatory Documents Required for Technical Evaluation of Bids All participating bidders are hereby instructed to upload only the mandatory documents specified below fo r technical evaluation of their bids: Acceptance of Bid Terms and Conditions: A certificate on the firm's official letterhead, duly signed an d stamped by the authorized signatory, confirming acceptance of all terms and conditions of the Bid, inclu ding the Additional Terms and Conditions (ATC), if applicable. The certificate shall be addressed to the Com mandant, 26th Battalion, ITBP Force. PAN Card: A copy of the PAN Card of the firm. In case of a proprietorship firm, the PAN Card of the proprie tor shall be submitted. Aadhaar Card: A copy of the Aadhaar Card of the proprietor/authorized individual in whose name the pro prietorship firm is registered, wherever applicable. MSME/Udyam Registration Certificate: A copy of the valid MSME/Udyam Registration Certificate, wher ever applicable. The certificate must be valid for the relevant period, including Financial Year 2026–27, wh erever such validity is applicable. Failure to submit the required valid certificate, where it is a mandatory e ligibility condition under the Bid Document, may result in disqualification during technical evaluation. GST Registration Certificate: A copy of the firm's valid GST Registration Certificate, wherever GST regis tration is applicable as per the relevant laws and the Bid conditions. Make in India Certificate/Declaration: A certificate or self-declaration regarding compliance with the a pplicable Make in India provisions, duly signed by the authorized signatory, in the format and as per the re quirements specified in the Bid Document. Submission of Samples for Technical Evaluation: All participating bidders shall provide physical sam ples of all football items/equipment quoted in the bid, as specified in the BOQ, during the bid period and wi thin the timeline stipulated by the Buyer. The submitted samples shall be examined by the Technical Eval uation Committee to assess their quality, material, workmanship, dimensions and compliance with the pre scribed technical specifications. Failure to submit the required samples within the stipulated period, or sub mission of samples not conforming to the prescribed specifications, may result in disqualification of the bid der during technical evaluation, as per the terms and conditions of the Bid Document. The cost of preparin g and delivering the samples shall be borne by the respective bidder. Note: All participating bidders are instructed to upload only the mandatory documents specifically require d under the Bid Document for technical evaluation. Unnecessary, additional or irrelevant documents shall not be uploaded. This instruction is intended to ensure smooth and timely completion of the technical eval uation process and to avoid unnecessary expenditure of time and effort in scrutinizing irrelevant documen ts. All required documents must be complete, legible and valid, wherever applicable. Additional Note: All participating bidders are advised to carefully read and understand all the t erms and conditions, technical specifications, and Additional Terms and Conditions (ATC) uplo aded by the Buyer in the Bid Document before participating in the bidding process. In case of any doubt, difficulty, or clarification required regarding the Bid, its terms and conditions, or th e submission of documents/samples, the bidders shall contact the Buyer through the appropri ate GeM communication channel within the stipulated Bid period.
