OPTION CLAUSE: The Purchaser reserves the right to increase or decrease the quantity to be ordered up to 25 percent of bid quantity at the time of placement of contract. The purchaser also reserves the right to increase the ordered quantity up to 25% of the contracted quantity during the currency of the contract at the contracted rates. The delivery period of quantity shall commence from the last date of original delivery order and in cases where option clause is exercised during the extended delivery period the additional time shall commence from the last date of extended delivery period. The additional delivery time shall be (Increased quantity ÷ Original quantity) × Original delivery period (in days), subject to minimum of 30 days. If the original delivery period is less than 30 days, the additional time equals the original delivery period. The Purchaser may extend this calculated delivery duration up to the original delivery period while exercising the option clause. Bidders must comply with these terms.

• 1.Bidder are requested to provide quoted rates for supply of items as per specification in Bid.
• 2.IT Return of last three years to be submitted.
• 3.Sales/ turnover in the last three year and average/ year. For this purpose, trading account will not be co nsidered and only sales account given in ITR form will be considered.
• 4.Trade mark certificate to be produced of related items.
• 5.The bidder should have executed projects of minimum 50% of the bid estimated value.
• 6.Signed and stamp bidding documents by the firm/ contractor. This should be inclusive of the same that has been uploaded on the GeM and no change whatsoever will made in the term and conditions of the doc uments which will lead to disqualification at later stage.
• 7.Declaration for non blacklisting for participation in bidding procedure by any central/ state agency. 8. Copy of MSME/ Startup/ SHGs Registration to be submitted online during bidding if exemption clai med by the bidder for price match on GeM portal.
• 9.The bidder must be registered under MSME/ UDYAM registration and must be at least 24 months or mor e old.
• 10.Non-disclosure of undertaking certificate.
• 11.Service provider and the accredited agent will give full verifiable address and telephone number to the contract operating officer where service provider or agent can contact vendor for that transport can be pla ced.
• 12.Declaration towards items not being of Chinese make/ manufactured is to be certified by the seller.
• 13.Bidder have any exemptions is held, requisite documents to be produced.
• 14.The bidder must hold ISO 9001:2015 certification.
• 15.Piecemeal supply of the item will not be acceptable. All items in a particular GeM contract will be suppl ied in one consignment to ensure seamless execution and avoid delays.
• 16.Malicious Code Certificate. Vendors are requested to provide Malicious Code Certificate as per specific ation mentioned below:- CERTIFICATE: MALICIOUS CODE 16.1. This is to certify that the Hardware and the Software being offered as part of the contra ct, does not c ontain embedded malicious code that would activate procedures to:- 16.1.1. Inhibit the desired and designed function of the equipment. 16.1.2. Cause physical damage to the user or equipment during exploitation. 16.1.3. Tap information resident or transient in the equipment/ Network. 16.2. The firm will be considered to be in breach of the procurement contract, in case physical damage, lo ss of information or infringements related to copyright and In tellectual Property Rights (IPRs) are caused d ue to activation of any such malicious code embedded software.
